We have stayed here on and off since opening. Every-time is a delight!

Loved that it wasn’t too busy, and how modern things were. (Alexa in the hotel room and the robot delivering the room service.) The easily accessible parking was a plus.
Didn’t like the atmosphere or vibe some of the staff had in terms of not being welcoming to everyone who comes in… It’s more of a situation where the customer would have to get the attention of a staff member though they can see someone coming in.

Poor service and lukewarm welcome. Main thing was being an airport hotel, the hotels in the area doesn’t provide their own shuttle buses anymore and used this Yellow Bus shuttle service. Landing in the Auckland International Airport at night we were unable to find the pick up location at the airport as the instructions provided by this Yellow Bus shuttle as directed by the hotel was Terrible. As an airport hotel, the reason why we stayed there was due to the shuttle services and ease to get to the hotel from the airport. We ended up taking a taxi over for $40 as it was getting close to midnight and we could not locate the shuttle point! Disappointing! I’ve been staying at Sudima airport hotels in Nz and I may change to another hotel in future!

This was a very short overnight stay and we left before breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and although we were there such a short time, we slept really well. The Yellow Bus airport transfer was great.
The room temperature was much too hot for us but we were able to adjust it.

Waterproof mattress protector on the beds makes for a very uncomfortable night.

Kids always enjoy the pool when we stay here. Friendly staff. Great for a short stay.
There were different conferences during the week of our stay. One conference had everyone waiting outside in the lobby for a good 30-45 mins blocking the entrance to get to my room. Other than that it wasn’t too bad. I wish the pool had a different entrance so I wasn’t walking through a crowd in my togs or at the least, have a changing room so I can get out of my togs.

being older I didn't like stepping into and out of the bath to have a shower, I was a bit concerned in case I fell over, and there was no hand grip

Room was very nice and bedding very comfortable. Meal were very nice.
No cutlery available in room. Front desk didn't answer phone on 2 occasions.
