Great location near Susukino bars and restaurants.

Cleanliness. Unfortunately the bathroom did not have any functional ventilation. Given the mould and aroma this was probably for some time. The mould was also apparent on the adjacent wall of the room. The lack of cleanliness was a real surprise and letdown. A used toothpick was conveniently left for us on the bed head.

The room was as small as my car, I had stayed in here before and was way better room.

there was no iron to be used in hotel. Hotel condition like old hotel.

The hotel staff are all kind and most of them speak English. They are very considerate and accommodating with all of our requests, specially when we asked for a room with a view. They made sure we had a daily supply of towels.

There are some stains on the wall. There are also a lot of dust under the bed.

Location was close to everywhere.

There is no exhaust on the bathroom. I knew for a fact that i booked an adjoining room/ connecting room but was given 2 separate rooms.

Location are near to tourist spots , front desk staffs are approachable and polite
