There was cleaning service every day. Front lady helped us a lot( changing room, borrowing us knife, letting us wash our bottles, giving us information…) . bathroom was clean, there was hot shower. this located very close to the Usaquen train station which brings you to Zipaquira. There is shopping mall with supermarket near by.
There was hair on the bed. When we checked in, we found hairs on the bed(not a little..) so we changed our room but there were hairs again. So we kept looking other rooms without hair and finally got one. Maybe we shouldn’t complain with this price, but also we’ve been staying way cheaper hotel and hostels which has no problem what’s so ever.

Great room! All clean!! I will recommend it!
a little too far from stores, downtown, restaurants but you can go to those places in uber in 15 minutes or more

Good value for the price. Breakfast was ok, the location is good.
The shower was damaged, no cold water only boiling hot which made it impossible to get a proper shower.
We informed the staff but they just didn’t do much about it. They were friendly but not helpful at all.
The walls were very thin so it was a bit loud.

Everything was simple and easy. Very kind staff. Very good place for the price.
Noisy. The rooms are not too good if sleeping well at night is important for you.

There were two long women hair on the blankets..It seems that not changing them once the guess leave the hotel...

Comfortable, big bed, clean room and bathroom

Fairly quiet considering it's location next to a main road.

It would have been nice to have a few more options at breakfast, such as fresh fruit and cereal.

The beds are the comfiest ever! I stayed here twice in the last month and the beds are absolutely divine.

the hotel is totally different than what’s advertised in this website. the hotel is old, small and unorganised. it’s so loud as you can hear anyone passing by in the floor you stay at. the room not what expected and the toilet is small and awful in term of how old it’s. the breakfast is only plate of egg and two slices of bread and one ball of one type of fruit. they even charged me for extra egg!

This is a perfect place for those who travel lightly and want cleanliness and comfort. Perfectly located, walking distance from near by mall, easy access to public transportation. Tasty breakfast and very kind staff.
