Todo el personal la vista la comodidad la atención y aparte todo se encontraba en un mismo lugar
Que no había papelera en la habitación solo en el baño y que el check in fuera más tarde

Personal 100, desayuno faltaban alimentos cada día un día había pan de yuca otro no.
Habitación constantemente mal barrida y sin agua caliente y sin conexión telefono
Faltó alimentos , no agua caliente, no teléfono habitación , habitación sin barrer bien.

Just close where I was working.
Breakfast was always cold at the buffet even one day I have lunch and the food was cold in the buffet. Room Furniture needs a serious upgrade looks like from the 1970s. Only one elevator working due to repairs due to hurricane damage. NO wifi in the rooms you have to go to the lobby. So this is not good for a business traveler. Bath towels also need to be replaced they where looking grey!

The hotel is an enormous old hotel currently in renovation, no wifi in the rooms. The menu is greasy. However, the staff are very pleasant and the rooms are clean. Not value for money.

The location was nice and close to restaurants, shops and on the water. It was accesible when we left for our tour to Johnny Cay and Acuario. Nice pool and lobby area. Great concierge where we booked a Kawasaki and island tours.
The breakfast needs to improve - there were hard pancakes, burnt eggs and stale cereal. Poor quality. Wifi only worked in the lobby not in your room. There was a broken light or smoke detector in our room.

Rooms are spacious, the private beach is very nice
Poor maintenance, wall with the Bath room is humid, breakfast is mediocre tables are more cleaner, service slow, dood in the restaurant not up tot par with four star hotels

The staff was the only saving grace to this property.
They advertise free WIFI, but it was not available in your room. Many people had to go to the lobby where power sources were limited. The gym was nice, but you could not use it because the hotel sells memberships to locals and after 4 attempts to find a time, I gave up with no work outs for my entire time. You have to pay for room service when it is delivered. It's like the hotel was afraid to be ripped off all the time. For example, you had to pay for your laundry when ti was delivered regardless if you had available cash on hand. The laundry folks did not a credit card machine. If you party until late, you will likely have no problem, the music from party boats is so loud you cannot sleep until after midnight.

By far one of my worst hotels stays for the price….rooms are in severe need of repair and have a strong mold smell. All the furniture is falling apart and paint is peeling on the walls/ceiling. There are under going renovations but have not made accommodations for the guests that are currently there, one service elevator for the whole hotel so waits can be very long….I would not recommend this hotel at all and suggest everyone to stay away

It was a nice experience staying there and I enjoyed the magnificent view of the island. Definitely it’s recommended and hope we meet up again:)

The location was good.
The facilities were extremely run down and outdated. The hotel was not clean and the bathrooms, walls and floors were dirty and smelled. The food was mediocre and the restaurant staff was rude. There was no value for the money paid for this stay.

Aircon was broken and lifts were a nightmare as the main lift was under repair. No wifi on 8th floor

room, maintenace, elevators. check in process was not easy due hotel didn't find our reservation, and some of the rooms wasn't in a good contirion.

Pool and not so much and the litle private beach next to the marina
Nothing really, this hotel is in total disreper, both elevator were out of service, and you have to use the service elevator and wait up to 15 minnutes to get to your room. all staircases are falling a part, every single glas door is dirty, only wifi in the lobby but keep dying evvery few mminutes, the food specialy at the ala cart restarant was cook from frozen so fish was over cook, and any meat in our case ribs were cold, when we asked the waiter why the food was cold he informed us that everything is cook from frozen not fresh also leaving a terrible after taste.
The reception stuff constantly lie about everythig we ask. First day it was no water in the toilets the whole day even that they said when we asked that it only would be about an hour.
We rented 2 rooms and the person that did the reservations told us that they booked ocean view as was the only reason we stayed in this hotel with very misleadinng pictures and prices that should be less than 30% of what we were charged. When we asked to be moved to differennt rooms because our room winndows faced a roof and was covered in mold, nno water presure or hot water in the shower, dirty faucet and long hair all over the floor, Air Conditioning nnot cooliing, we were told we had to pay an extra $80,000 Colombiian pesos per night but that the hotel was full and that we will have to wait and see if they can move us.
The whole place is falling a part and had caution tape all over the place inside the lobby and even outside. at some times of th day the service elevator was turn off and we were travelling with 2 seniors that cant take the stairs, the whole experience was one of my worse vacations because of the hotel.
This hotel should not be operating in this state. Broken windows all over the dining room, oh an everyone in the island have access to the gym at the hotel, so a lot of strangers the whole day in the hotel waking around but you couldnt bring people over if they were not staying in the hotel.

Staff are specials and meal was terrific
The bath room was dirty and the hotel had very mosquitos, the bar only was open from 9 am to 10 pm and the snacks were very bad were bread.

the view. location was ok
the staff. not friendly. I was with my dad at the bar and one of the staff harassed us with strong words in Spanish. he was out of control and connected a massive speaker behind us forcing us to leave the pool.
the facilities are old and dangerous. there is not umbrellas at the pool for all the tables.
the food is very average.
