- Wi-fi completely not working, change that - Fitting 8 people in the apartment is quite a challenge, avoid renting the house for such a large group - Painful check-in process: we waited 2 hours to have towels and we were required to pay with cash the remaining part of the rent (even if from the booking page seemed possible to pay with credit card) - Key wasn’t available and we needed to wait also for that - Absurd rules for using towels: you cannot use them to dry your feet and you cannot use if you applied a sunscreen - First night without pillowcases - Impossible to communicate in english at check-in/check-out

Location is good. Apartment was clean and easy to use. I would stay here again when remodeling and construction were finished. They were very accommodating in having supplies ready for our stay. Pool was great when we got to use it.

No hot water. Construction noise was pretty bad.
