No llama a la policía todas las prostitutas de Cartagena se hacen afuera del hotel y los taxistas pitan toda toooda la

La ubicación y muy buen trato del personal
No nos cambiaron las sábanas durante nuestra estancia, que fueron 3 noches.
No funcionaba bien el WiFi.
Las almohadas eran muy malas.
Estaba malo el ascensor y había que subir 4 pisos sin aire acondicionado.

Tuvimos que reclamar los 2 dias por los elementos de higiene para la ducha que no reponían y no retiraban los usados
No funcionaba el velador
No había ni un vaso en la habitación, tuvimos que pedirlo más de una vez
Las habitaciones internas no tenían buen mantenimiento el desayuno muy escaso

The location is great. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Interior decoration is nice. Room is spacious and AC worked well.
Breakfast had good fruit but the rest was a little average. All in all good value for money.

The double room was very spacious, had warm water, AC, comfortable mattress.
It was quite noisy - both the noise coming from outside and from within the hotel (staircase etc). The breakfast had to be ordered the night ahead in detail for each person and was OK-ish.

Everything was generally great. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and helpful, the room is a decent size is quiet and has AC. Breakfast was pleasant and well organised.
Minor issues were that the end of the mattress had collapsed from overuse. Not an issue for sleeping, just sitting. The bathroom layout is awkward. These minor issues should not deter you from staying here.

it’s pretty and really central…however…
they put us in a room on the top floor. it’s next to a rooftop nightclub that played music so loud my vitamins shook like maracas until 0630 in the morning. I didn’t sleep for two days. They didn’t warn us and even after involving the police they still charged us the full rate without offering a discount for the nightmare experience.

Best location ever close to the Torre del Reloj
Staff wasn't helpful and rude at time except Danny and Donovan. The rest were not friendly and just did the basics.

Location is excellent. Right in the mid of Cartagena old center.
My room was last floor as I wanted a quite one. At the very end and very spacious one.
