Accessibility to a metro station, front desk professionalism is sounding. Quiet and comfy. Plenty of space. Great view.
I suggest better air venting to the rooms corridors. The TV remote control battery was down.

מקבלת הפנים שלנו ב voco dubai, הרגשנו אורחים חשובים עם יחס ושרות מדהימים שלא ניתקלתי באף מקום. כולם פונים אליך באופן אישי, החלל נעים, החדרים נקיים, הארוחות טעימות מאד, אנחנו שומרי כשרות והגישו לנו, לפי בקשתינו, מידי ערב, דגים אפויים בתוך נייר כסף, תמיד זה חיכה לנו ע"י השף מוסטפה או shoib, וכל הצוות בחדר האוכל פשוט יצא מגידרו כדי לטפל בנו בחיוך sunita , iqbal, bhom, su
וגם כל העובדים בכל המחלקות שלא ציינתי את שמם. ביום הטיסה , נפל לי הדרכון במלון, והם דאגו לשלוח לי מונית עם הדרכון לשדה התעופה. פשוט הצילו אותי מביטול טיסה ופניה לשגרירות להוצאת דרכון חדש. אנו עדיין נפעמות מהשירות והייחס. מה שבטוח, שנחזור שוב למלון בשמחה גדולה, וגם נמליץ לבני משפחותינו.
שום דבר. הכל מצויין.

The tap on the bathtub was leaking water everywhere. Hot water temperature could not be regulated in the shower booth. Tv remote control wasn’t functioning in the living room.

الذي لم يعجبني انه يوجد كثير من ذاهبين العقل والذين كانو يترنحون بين الجدران كان هناك الكثير من النزلاء المزعجين الذين سببو لنا الكثير من الضجيج وطرق الباب من النزلاء وطرق الجدران وليس هناك اي امان من ادارة الفندق والاستجابة من الاستقبال ضعيفه جدا ولا يوجد به مرافق وان الخدمة بطيئه ولقد كان هناك احد الموظفين دون ذكر اسمه قاما باستغلال واخذ مبلغ ليس من قيمة الغرفه والمسبح كانا غير مرضي وقامو بتغير الحجز واعطائنا غرف ليست من المتفق عليها.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/-innen. Wünsche der Tochter wurden durch das Küchenteam umgehend erfüllt. Sehr reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen. Top-Lage, ca. 3-4 Gehminuten von der Metro-Station World Trade Center. 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit mit dem Pkw zum Flughafen DXB. Probleme mit einer Zimmertür wurden umgehend behoben. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen, es sei denn, dass man sich für einen Strandurlaub in Dubai entscheiden sollte.
Kleinigkeiten im Poolbereich und auf den Zimmern könnten aufgefrischt werden. Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

الخدمة كانت بطيئة جدا
عدم الرد على الاتصالات
خدمة تنظيف الغرف لا يأتون إلا بالاتصال بالرغم من وضع إشارة التنظيف
لايضع الاحتياجات كاملة
بالنسبة للطعام داخل الغرفة كمية الطعام في الطبق قليلة جداً

Wow factor. Impressive hotel staff very helpful and attentive and any queries/requests were dealt with immediately. Showers were very impressive. Looking to purchase one.

Could have had better signage - welcome letter could have included floors for locations and indicate that there were two sets of lifts to get to the pool gym and spa.

From the moment I checked in, the whole atmosphere was relaxed, helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless and well kitted out. The view was spectacular and block blinds were excellent for night time. Bed was extremely comfortable and bed linen had a soft silky feel. Loved the bathroom, spacious, bright, clean and the toiletries provided were top quality. Breakfast choice was plentiful and service was with a smile. Perfect location and 0verall, it was a wonderful experience. I was just sorry I had to leave after one night. Definitely will recommend this hotel and certainly on my list for a return visit!

Jane, thanks so much for giving us the great room luxurious.pilipino hospitality at its finest, to mr. Ruel in zen Spa accommodating and professional, friendly. To mr. This was my fifth visit to this hotel. As usual it is my home away from home when visiting Dubai. Extremely convenient and clean location. I will be back again this year. For persons visiting the trade center this is the place to stay. Convenience stores nearby. Arthur (employee) was extremely helpful.
No complaints. My stay at this hotel was good as usual. A wider variety for breakfast would be nice.
