The lights need to be brighter.. especially the toilet area.. and can implement a mirror in the rooms..

We have stayed here 4 times now. Previous visit before covid the deck around pool was getting very worn but was happy to see that over covid they have refurbished the villa including new decking around pool, smart TV's including one in bedroom. Everything is always clean including pool. The staff are amazing! This includes the ones on reception through to the maintenance guys and cleaning staff, nothing is to much trouble and always with a smile. Truly beautiful people. Also the location is fantastic. Only a short walk to Eat street and Seminyak square. We love it here for value for your money for what you get and location, but also the lovely staff.

Breakfast , place was just in need of a facelift, breakfast dishes still there at the end of the day more than once. We had 2 villas and family coming over for a swim which was a big failure as both our villa pools were clorinated at the same day without staff letting us know in advance so we could plan around them. We were out most days, we could easily have worked with them if there was any communication.

No maintenance... everything is older than it looks and slowly seeming to fall apart. Would not come back.

We liked the space, the pool was beautiful and house keeping. Good breakfast and accommodating staff. The staff were helpful and always willing to help.

Definately need to improve the lighting in the bathrooms, its very dark and dimly lit. Black tiles and low lighting make it difficult to use the mirrors or get dressed. Kitchen wes lil old and limited, fridge had a leak. Also, we were informed towards the end of the stay that our room does not include breakfast, after some discussion and me checking and confirming, had to call them back and then the reception agreed it includes BF and apologised, for the confusion, that was an unpleasant exp.

Excellent location. Very quiet and comfortable. Best thing was value for money. Lots of bars restaurants nearby

Large surface villa with large swimming pool as well, located in the city center in a quiete area, close to the beach and main bars and restaurants, the staff is very kind, polite and attentive

Great pool, comfy bed, spacious, great host and communication - very responsive and any requests were dealt with promptly. Cool and strong air con. Love the location, plenty of eatery around. We had a few massages while the kids enjoy their pool time and they were prefect. Easy to find for drivers. We arrived quite late and it was easy to check in.

The cushions and couch need to be cleaned. We had rashes sitting on them. We ended up putting towel on them. The place needs a bit of update. Blankets were a bit small for the bed. Towel and bed linen also need some proper wash or replacement - there were stains on them. More bathroom lights will be needed for any elderly. Breakfast options are a bit limited.

Bed was a little hard but pillows were great. Such a spacious villa with full amenities and cable TV and netflix. The pool was a little too deep for my kids but it was huge. The location was perfect. Street was not too busy with traffic. Walking distance to shops, beach and cafes. Laundry was down the road. Renting a bike from the villa was a breeze and price was competitive. Would come back. The staff were helpful and friendly too.

The floors were slippery when wet. Should have given extra floor towels to dry our feet when we come in from rain and pool, otherwise great stay!

- private pool - large villa with lots of space - good AC in living area and bedrooms - off of a Main Street, so it was quiet - comfortable beds and pillows - friendly and helpful staff: booked scooters for us (80k/ day, 10k for helmet) delivered to the property - clean property - large bathroom with indoor shower, outdoor shower, large tub, 2 sinks, and a toilet room in both king size rooms (mirror images of each other) - daily cleaning, however we requested not to get daily cleaning. There’s a do not disturb sign/ please clean room sign to hang on the entrance - safe in the room - 2 full closets/ dressers for storage, work desk, and 2 side tables with plugs at the night stands and work desk - road coming into the property is well paved, and our villa goes by the reception desk. Felt safe because the desk could see who was coming in and out. - water dispenser for reusable bottles: dispenses hot, normal, and cold water. - pictures are accurate

- pool was missing some tiles - couch material is rough - water for showers does not get hot enough for those who like hot showers. I personally do not take scorching hot showers, but my travel companions do🤷🏻‍♀️

Some things could use an update (umbrella and some of the decking were worn) but considering they haven’t been able to have guests for a while this was understandable!

Very kind and helpful Staff, great spacious villa with a lovely pool the perfect temperature , upgrades happening so we had a new deck and outdoor lounges. Lovely and quiet and parking outside your villa door.

Privacy, Staff we’re very friendly and nothing was ever a issue. They went out of their way for birthdays celebrated during our villa stay.
