オベロイ通りから近い。スタッフは笑顔で挨拶をしてくれる。フロントとWHATSAPPのチャットでやりとりできるので、英会話に自信がなくても要望を伝えられる。事前に送迎を予約しておいたら、深夜にもかかわらず、空港にGIRIさんが迎えにきてくれた。(送迎の支払いはチェックアウトのとき、450000rp) プールが部屋の前にある。ホテル全体の外観、石像や緑の植栽、フランジパニの花など、バリ島の雰囲気は感じられる。貸金庫はフロントにあり、自分用とフロント用の鍵が揃わなければ開けられないから、安心できた。クーラーが水漏れして、フロントに対応を求めたら、すぐに修理してもらえた。毎日飲料水、インスタントのコーヒーや紅茶が補充された。湯沸かし器、冷蔵庫がある。

朝食はモーニングメニューから一つ選ぶが、どれも美味しくなかった。コーヒーも薄く、パンも乾燥して硬かった。シャワールームの天井の一部に屋根がなく、ネットが張られていたが、トカゲの鳴き声や激しい雨音がきこえる。夕方に部屋に戻ると断水になっていてトイレもシャワーも使えない時が1日あり、フロントに何度か対応を求めると水とバケツが配られ、夜中に断水は復旧した。部屋の中で、洗濯物を干す場所がない。シャワールームのあたりに濡れた水着を干すための、引っ掛けるところが欲しかった。

Staff were amazing. Check in and check out very easy. Room service and any requests were dealt with very quickly in what'sapp. Villa was large, modern, and private pool was very clean. Large aqua water station for on tap hot and cold water was an excellent feature. Daily breakfast delivered to our villa was great and always on time. Complimentary afternoon tea was extremely tasty and a lovely touch.

Private kitchen area, crockery and furnishings a bit dated. Hard to find something we didn't like.

We couldn’t fault this resort. The rooms were good size and nice looking out to the pool. The staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful with all our needs. The location is perfect and so close to main area and the pool was lovely where we could order cocktails right from WhatsApp to be delivered. The full body massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. We would love to come back another time.

We had a 4 Bedroom villa, It was definitely big enough which was a big tick, The private pool was big enough also. The gym there is modern and nice to use. The Staff are amazing and Helpful. All 4 bedrooms were pretty much the same and the aircon worked well in all 4 bedrooms.

The Kitchen, I like to look after myself and the Kitchen was not very nice to use.. Very dirty and a very bad smell came from only god knows where.. I ended up taping one of the cupboards to try and trap the smell. The water out of the taps wasn't the most pleasant to use, I know its not recommended to use any tap water but for some reason the water was different to other places we had stayed in Bali. The Villa common area is open plan, I liked the aspect of it all but it got really hot and had to hide in the room as there was no aircon in the common area.

Das Frühstück . Kein Buffet . Man musste am abends auswählen was man frühstücken möchten. Wurde dann auf einem Teller , abgedeckt mit Frischhaltefolie, serviert.

Tutto molto curato: camera, piscina privata, colazione abbondante.

As with a lot of Bali resorts there is little consistency in the step height to tread depth. Wife was on a walking aid which was difficult to manage because of the height and depth differences. But as said above this is not just a problem at Mutiara
