Staff went above and beyond. I had an early bus so they made my breakfast before their normal hours. It's a basic hotel but it has everything needed, including air conditioning.

Good value for money with a basic room in a central location. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Secure covered parking with supplement.

Had a problem on arrival with having to wait ages outside in the street for a member of staff to let us in (but it was 9.30 at night !). However they were probably a bit understaffed and it was after all just a small guest house.

The room was exactly as advertised and the Hostal Fenix was centrally located in Jerez!

We did not know where to find the wifi information in our room and a piece of tile fell from the bathroom wall while I was taking a shower, however, they were able to expertly clean it up.

The breakfast is always the same, bread with jam and orange juice, coffe and a magdalena. The room was a bit dark and not all the lights worked. There was no wardrobe just a shelf

The breakfast was basic but no choice, location was good. Staff very helpful and with little English used google translate.

The wallpaper In the bedroom we had was coming off and sellotape used to fix it. The shower curtain on the bottom was horrible, but water in the shower took a long time to go away so shower curtain was always in the water. A glass door would be better.

Location was great small lane , in a quiet area, the streets can be scruffy with many buildings being renovated, but the hostel was great. We had 2 rooms one a triple which had ensuite in both rooms The other a single bedroom , for this price you do not expect 5 star, the breakfast was good and also had parking

Light-filled, attractively furnished, Spanish-style communal area. Very friendly staff & ambience. Spanish tostada breakfast included. Private room with twin beds and double bed and two bathrooms. AC. Clean & well-equipped. Very cheap. Location central to old town. Nice restaurants close by.

Great location for a couple of days in Jerez. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious too.

Lovely, airy and spacious. Lots of character, with of nooks and places to sit. Bed was small and single but very comfortable. Excellent location.

Floor in bedroom needed a bit of a clean, paint a bit shabby, walls marked. Breakfast only a baguette with jam (don't expect an international breakfast when it says breakfast included). Plants needed a bit of tlc.

Great bars and restaurants within short walking distance.

There was a cigarette hole on my bedsheets; my pillow case was reversed, the room was extremely noisy because it was close to the main door and street.. and I could hear the noise of the fountain from my room. There was also a leak on my toilets and the breakfast was very poor.. a yogurt or orange juice would have been welcomed

Nice room wonderful lady when we arrived and staff generally. Big showeroom and great shower. Nice breakfast good location Best budget hotel we e stayed in over the years.
