Anna at the reception was extremely welcoming! She did everything we asked for. Great cervices and very good recommendations about restaurants in the area. The hotel iat the hotel is really a gem! Excellent. food for very reasonable price .If I return to Nikiti I would return only to Assano Luxury Resort! Unforgettable vocation!

The room was spacious with very comfortable bed and big bathroom. There is a coffee machine with capsules you can use. The hotel is near but not in the noisy area of Nikiti. The breakfast is really good and its a pleasure to have it in the restaurant of the hotel.

The room could have been cleaned better.

The hotel is infront of the sea. Our room had a sea view. Very clean room and friendly personnels.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean, balcony had a great view. Convenient location to enjoy the beach and stay close to restaurants and promenade.

Breakfast needs some improvement. Possible to reserve sunbeds but beach part was a bit chaotic since it’s not exclusive to hotel guests. If you have kids, it potentially won’t bother you but of you are looking for some peaceful beach time, this is not the hotel for you.

All ! Its like 10 steps to the beach, very close to all attractions in Nikiti !

The hotel has its own beach. The beach was nice. The food was very good.

Very clean and well appointed with great views. Could have stayed longer. One of the blinds was not working, but the owner fixed it when asked so our 2nd night was perfect. Also made us an earlier breakfast as we had to leave early. Friendly staff.

The stuff was excelent, the view was amazing and the accomodation was spectacular!

The hotel is 2 steps away from the beach, with a great laid back vibes, there are plenty of restaurants within a very short walking distance, the room was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. We especially liked the hotel personnel, which was always extremely friendly and helpful. Aaand we learned that early Oct in Nikiti has a great potential of being amazing :)

Not a lot to mention...the sink drain was a bit slow...and that's it! :)

The room was clean, comfortable and right in front of the beach. The included breakfast was good too. Mosquito nets were included in the apartment and are always a great thing to have in Greece. Should have been a must for all the hotels and rental rooms around the country.

We were 3 people and wanted a separate space for each of us. As we have booked the Ground floor apartment (it doesn't appear anymore in the selections of the property for some reason) the description was saying that we have booked 2 separate bedrooms + 1 living room, while upon arrival there was only 1 bedroom and a living room, so two of us had to stay in the same bedroom. Not the end of the world, but would definitely recommend future visitors to confirm the details via email before proceed with a booking. It also was looking much better in the pictures, from what we ended up getting. Booking.com has given us a discount of around 80 euros for this reservation (that was not because of the wrong description), so it was still a good deal, judging as money for value, although not 100% sure if would stay there again, especially if needed to pay the full amount. The village was pretty dead, as we went there at the end of September. Check for an alternative location, making sure that it will be busy, if you're travelling during non-season period.
