Nice balcony and swimming pool, good size apartment
The walls are paper-thin, we could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. We were woken up at 7 am every morning by the neighbours going on about their daily business. They were not particularly noisy, it just felt as if they were living in our apartment. If you need peace and quiet, you should probably avoid this property.

The resort is gorgeous, very clean, the yard is very beautiful, with a swimming pool, trampoline for children, barbecue facilities, free parking dedicated for the property's guests. The hosts are amazing, they did everything to make our stay a very welcoming one. We visited several beaches (Fava,Kalogria,Kastri,Karydi) where the water, the view and the atmosphere make you want to come back to Nikiti, and again the wonderful hosts :).

We did book our vacation via booking and also transfer( taxi) from Thessaloniky airport to the location. Our driver was waiting for us with name board so it was super easy to transfer to Nikity.Irina was waiting for us. We did share with her expected arrival and number of flight, we communicated through booking chat and she was online and very responsive.
Accommodation is very nice and clean and Irina as host is very nice. Our child get sick and she was very helpful to help us with taxi to hospital and advising all the options. I very much appreciated it and thanks to Irina for all the help.
Accommodation is cca 6 minutes walk to beach which is very nice, and as well 6 minutes to supermarket. It also has trampoline for kids, slide, and toys for playing. Overall we have very nice experience with host which was super nice and with stay.

Nice location, family friendly and good facilities with lots of space for children to play. overall value for money.
A suggestion from my side would be to add a door at the parking entrance to ensure that children cannon get out of the premises.

Great communication with the owner, very friendly and helpful, very, very, very clean apartment, we could not find a dirty spot for 10 days, cleaning lady was changing linens as if we were in five stars hotel.

If there was one thing we didn't like it's the fact that the beach was not as close as we first though

The apartment is very clean, sheets and towles are being changed every day. It is not too far away from the beach. Great for the family vacation.

Тhe property has a good location, about 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. The apartments are new and relatively comfortable. Bedding was changed every 2-3 days.
There are no awnings on the balcony and in the morning you can not sit on the balcony. Also, there is no shade in the yard, no trees or gazebos. These are the biggest flaws of the property.
A little soap is a little for a 5 day stay and there was no dish sponge and cloth. Cleanliness can be at a higher level, there was a cobweb, the showers need to be maintained better..

NIcely decorated apartment. We had everything, an iron, an ironing board, a toaster, a microwave. The kitchen was fully equipped.
It was not a clean apartment. Dirty rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It should be cleaner for 610 e in September.

Comfortable apartments with modern furniture. They have a really nice garden for kids. The price is good for what is offered. We would like to go there again.
It would be nice to have some trees for shadows in the garden. Also the balcony does not have sun tent so it is impossible to have breakfast in the morning outside.

Everything was perfect. Really cozy, comfortable and clean apartments close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place.

The kitchen has all you need. Cleaning at 2 days.
The property is a little too far from the beach.
Air condition only in one room. The same with the mosquito net. No sun shades at the balcony. You cannot have breakfast in the balcony until evening, because the sun is directly on it. Some sun shades (all the neighborhood properties have) it will be perfect in the future. Or even some trees. The lawn is useless, the kids cannot play here in the full sun.
