we didn’t have any.

We booked one studio room and a cabin. The studio was great, clean and fit for purpose. The pool and spa was nice across from this room. The cabin guests had to use the communal shower and toilets and these were some of the cleanest communal areas i have used.

The cabin was absolutely disgusting. We walked in to a very foul smell and due to the busy itinerary we had we didnt have much choice but to grin and bear it. Tried everything to mask the smell, scented candle, airwick auto air spray, opening all the windows and door but to no avail. Every time we returned that awful smell was there. The beds were damp and i mean almost wet, the cabin has poor ventilation and the air con was not adequate, the condensation did not stop and we had to sleep on the provided continentals not inside them. there were three of us staying in this room and the smell got into everything that we had in there. Our clothes and our own blankets. there was also a stained bedspread on the main bed which i couldnt help but toss to the side. When mentioning this on checkout, staff suggested it might be a rat which the cleaner should have noticed fancy thinking that was up to par. Your staff should check the rooms prior to guests staying you would have noticed all of these had this been done. Staff did ask if i put the bedspread in the laundry pile and i told her it needs burning. Appalling to say the least for the cabin, the other room was much nicer.
