I’ve stayed at this location before, although in a nicer apartment. it was fine and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious

unfortunately the flat next door was having a party so I didn’t get to sleep until 3am which was not great as I had to get up for work at 7. this isn’t Blueprint’s fault but I future I think I’ll use a hotel instead

It was spacious and well located next to Farringdon station.

The power was out in the bit when we arrived at 3pm for check in. Power was restored by 5:00pm, and everything was ok after that. Fan in the bedroom was kind of loud, but we like a bit of white noise for sleeping, so it wasn’t a problem.

Iron and iron board should be available in the apartment, no microwave

The location couldn't have been better for us - nearby underground and National Rail stations, lots of good pubs and restaurants, interesting historical locations. The apartment was very well furnished and equipped. Lots of choices for an evening out but not noisy. Felt very safe, day or night.

I really can't think of much. Laundry facilities on site would have been nice. Maybe a tourist map?

Clean, convenient, great facilities

Little hidden, had to ring reception to explain it was off the road. Would have liked check out time on email to know in advance rather than find out when we got there.

Location is decent and the apartment is spacious for one person.

The bed was terrible and so were the pillows. The mattress was sinking in and these people have not changed it since ages. The pillows were very uncomfortable as well. They need to change the mattress and the pillows. The sofa in the living room was sinking in as well. So it was very uncomfortable to sit on. The check out time is very early at 10 am. And also these guys don't answer their phones when called.

Great location. Right by Farringdon station. There’s an elevator, great speed free wifi. Easy check in process. The rooms have air conditioning.

This company allocated the wrong room and key to me and I walked in on a sleeping couple at 2am who jumped out of bed. We were both absolutely terrified. It took the facility manager on duty another 45mins - 1hr to figure out how to get me into another room. The person on duty was very apologetic but I at least expected a call from the manager the next morning. Nothing. Anyway, the next afternoon, I called the office to ask what I’m supposed to do with the other key. Yes, I still had the key to the couple’s apartment. They told me oh just leave it in the lock box, someone will collect it, and so I did. The next morning at 7am, there is loud hammering on my door. The cleaners were asking me for the key. I said I didn’t have it but they insisted I had the key. I was so bloody confused, and very annoyed. In general, the rooms are as pictured but several years older. lots of scuff marks on the walls, doors etc. Sofa feels like it’s been in use for like 10yrs. TV is not smart, so you can only watch local channels. Disappointing stay.

Apartment is in the good location, well equipped, tidy and spacious.

There was an incident that neighbour from another floor entered my apartment (by mistake) but he was able to open my door with his key card. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I had a problem with an invoice - it was issued with wrong data and the customer service didn't want to correct it.

Great central location, AC worked well, good size apartment! Elevators worked well

Lack of any luggage storage on premises, had to go far away to another building! 0 flexibility on early Check-In time!

The facilities in geral were good

I don’t like much the fact that I need to first arrive in the local /. Call a number and just then get the instructions of how to enter the flat. What if my phone died?! I didn’t like the check out time. 10am!!! Way Too early !!!
