Room had some wall damage so cosmetically that took some points off. No hot water at the shower when we arrived around 9pm. Lots of street noise over night( garage trucks, scooters, people yelling on the street) I guess that's what it is being near the train station. So be warned.

We booked the cheapest thing available, to stay for one night, because my family and I were arriving late as our flight got in too late to pick up our hire car, so our expectations were pretty low but we were very pleasantly surprised. Spacious, clean and the room has air con!!!! Very central, friendly staff. Very accommodating with us arriving late, helping with taxi numbers. I'd even say it would have been adequate had we been staying for more nights. Highly recommended.

Very close from the Pisa train station. Bathroom/toilet were clean and in good condition/well-maintained, which is great.

Decent room but not well-lit. Maybe some more electrical outlets could have been better. Hoowever not a problem really.

Very basic hotel, very near the train station. It had a private bathroom and air conditioning.

Reception was only open for a few hours a day but they left a key out for us so we could get into our room.

Streets around the hotel seems unsafe however the hotel is near to Roma Termini and airport.

We felt unsafe. Not a very nice area. Noise all the time. Nothing is sound proof. 24 hour service of staff would be necessary. We would never go back to the hotel; and would absolutely not advice to anyone to go there. We know what we are talking about. We are used to travelling.

Area. Nothing is sound proof. You hear the noise of drunks and drug addicts out in the street in your room as if they were next to you. We really did not like that. The fact that during the night the reception is not staffed is incomprehensible in this kind of area.

The staff at reception couldnt have been any more helpful! 10/10 or more !!! Assan was such a pleasure, great recommendations and hints & tips about Pisa! He kept us safe too.

Check in was so easy. I arrived very late due to bus times but staff were so reliable and answered every question so quickly which made my stay easy and I felt extremely safe. The hotel was so clean and the bed was so comfy. The room and bed were huge. I will definitely be back when I return to Pisa. Great location
