Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit Seeblick. Das Frühstück ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Frische Säfte, viel frisches Obst, Gemüse, sehr gute Cerealien, Marmeladen, verschiedene Joghurtsorten, verschiedene Speisen mit Eiern ,... und das alles bei Seeblick. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Das Hotel liegt in einem wunderschönen Park direkt am See. Das Lido Palace ist für uns DAS Hotel am Platz.
Da gibt es absolut nichts zu erwähnen !

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Die Lage ist toll und das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Wellness Bereich. Die Massagen sind absolut zu empfehlen.
Auch bei den Einzelzimmern wäre eine Abtrennung oder Tür an der Toilette schön.

Tout. Magnifique hôtel design idéalement placé pour visiter la ville tout en étant dans un beau parc au calme avec une vue superbe sur le lac.

The hotel is in a great location to town. You can easily walk to the public beach to the left of the property or to the right where you can go into town. The breakfast was nice, pool area was beautiful and quiet, and the spa was wonderful. The dinner and bar area has a fabulous view.

We inquired about a car rental at the front desk upon arrival. The woman we spoke to told us that it wasn’t possible to rent a car in town to return to Rome airport. She said we’d need to go to Trento or Verona to rent a car. When we did some looking online ourselves, we found an Avis rental company 15 min away.

The breakfast was excellent: choice, fresness, service. The location is excellent: by the lake, with great views, privacy. We had 2 suits with our kids and were very happy about the size, design.

The breakfast was delicious with a large size of choice. Other choices were proposed à la carte included in the breakfast price.
The location is right next to the old city of Riva del Garda, so only 2 to 3 minutes away on foot.
The room was gigantic, really appropriated for a family with one child. All the lights were centralized. The bathroom was big and beautiful.
The room was very clear with a modern decoration.
I can't find anything worth mentioning.

The staff and hotel were phenomenal as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Location is beautiful on the lake and close walking distance to the city center. They arranged transfers to and from train station.
Not the fault of the hotel, but yp3u should know when booking that staying in Riva del Garda during the off-season you will not find many other stores or restaurants open. Maybe it's me, but I found it difficult to cool down the room below 22⁰ C without leaving a window open.

breakfast and spa area. we got the lovely upgrade during our stay as well so we had a gorgeous view over the lake from our lovely balcony. bed is just incredibly comfy.
the rooms could be bit bigger
