Very charismatic place in the heart of Riva. We were two couples and it was spacious for all of us. Beautiful equipment and comfortable, very friendly host.
Parking was provided free of charge in the underground garage, only 5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment was fully equipped with all and even more you need. We received nice gifts which made our stay like feeling home.
we loved the two balconies and their views. The barrooms are looking to noise street, however this is what we wanted to experience and why we chooses to live so centrally.
That we did not stay longer ;))

location in the town centre and also the car park location which is very secure.
It is on the top floor (so great views from the balcony) so plenty of stairs to climb.

This is a perfect apartment where we have found everything what we needed for our 3-night stopover in Lago di Garda. It is spacious, comfortable, with a style. It features a small terrace with a magnificent view on the mountains over roofs of the city center. The apartment has a perfect location. Even if it is in the city center, we could easily sleep (with closed windows).
Federica is a very nice host. She waited for us in front of the underground garage where we had a private parking lot. She even helped us with our luggage! It is 5 min walk from the garage to the apartment.
As a bonus to all her hospitality, we have got a bottle of prosecco and vouchers for ice cream around the corner and drinks in the perfect bar downstairs in the same house.
When we go to Riva del Garda again one day, All’Oca will be our first choice!

great location and car parking a short distance away. our second visit there.
it is slightly noisy at night as it is in centre, but after hard day climbing this was not an issue for our group.

The location was right in the middle of old Riva del Garda. It's a bit noisy at night, but that didn't bother us. The jacuzzi works and is powerful. The kitchen was really well equipped. Free (superb) cocktails and free (superb) ice cream.
Had to bend down to access balcony. Not much natural light.

The location is perfect - just in the heart of riva. The Appartement is really cozy and clean. Everything was great. We had a wonderful stay

Fantastic duplex apartment in the centre of Riva del Grada old town. Spacious and well equipped, it couldn't have been better for our 5 night stay. Federica was really friendly and responded immediately to any enquiries, and the welcoming gifts of fruit, prosecco and complimentary drinks & ice cream from her bar and gelateria were an unexpected but delightful bonus! - We would most heartily recommend, and hope to return soon!!
