The location
The attitude of staff was very cold and bad.
Even in breakfast charging for a cup of cappuccino in a so called 5 star hotel.
Also charging for one person in a double room
Is beyond my understanding.
Only good thing is the location.

The room was good with an excellent view of the sea.
Breakfast had good variety and the cleanliness was perfect.
The location is divine, you can take a walk into the downtown part of the city and visit various spots.
The staff was very well mannered and their english was a lot better than what you usually get in Turkey. The female duty manager was kind enough to let me use her system to get some print outs.
Not sure if I can remember anything I didn't like.

Теперь это мой самый любимый отель в Турции. Конечно же больше всего мне понравился мой идеальный номер с панорамными окнами с видом на море. Холодной зимой меня будут греть воспоминания о времени, проведенном на террасе для загара. Удобные лежаки, полотенца, несколько разных спусков в воду, душ сразу при выходе из моря, раздевалки, бар - есть все, что необходимо для принятия солнечных ванн, плавания, созерцания греческих островов на горизонте. А вечером после заката можно поужинать в рыбном ресторане отеля, а потом потанцевать в ночных клубах рядом.

Sea view is the only luxury thing at this hotel, rest can be rated at max 4+ stars. Rooms are quite big and bed is very comfortable. Beach territory is quite nice and well organised.
Non-very smartly designed toilet and shower, average towels, poor quality shower-gel, had to request body cream and hair conditioner at the reception. SPA place with 2 sauna's and hamam has surprized us with non-availability of drinking water, had to pay and order it at the reception. Biggest dissapointment was food quality - variaty of food was good, but not very tasty. Only one type of non-tasty fish offered during the dinners. Restaurant place looks also like in a 3 star hotel, quite busy and sometimes difficult to find the place. Outside place at the terrace is oversmoked by guests which is very-very disturbing.

We had a great corner room with a fantastic view of the Aegean sea. All was spacious and comfortable. The spa is very complete with many different rooms and treatments. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, the two huge swimming pools, and the tiny beach (you can also go down the sea via a ladder). We also had excellent service at the Charides seafood restaurant (ask the price of fish per kilo to order with eyes open).

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Stayed 7nights .This hotel has everything you could possibly want. Rooms are big .views are amazing. Safety standard are high. Bathroom doors are sliding one wheelchair accessible. Emergency telephone in Bathroom. Plus a window screen that is visible from the bedroom. Staff throughout the hotel are amazing people .from the moment you enter the hotel there is lovely atmosphere and a great welcoming. Front desk staff are so efficient polite and friendly. Bell boys are superb at your beck and call . Housekeeping staff nothing is a problem for them alway willing to go the extra mile. Our room was kept immaculate towels changed bed linen changed everyday if required. Dinning room and Restaurant staff Absolutely go over and beyond the call of duty. Food was to die for. Sorry we didn't experience the Happy Hour the indoor pool and spa always next time. I've pre booked for next year .can't wait to go back .sorry i can't remember all the names. Fantastic and Best Hotel I have ever stayed in my Travel. Beautiful Seaside Resort with all Luxurious facilities. Staffs are very friendly . Breakfast and Dinner menus are huge and Very good.

Beautiful sea view from the respective rooms.
The food in the room service is very tasteless and expensive. Breakfast is chopped vegetables, sausage, etc., but there is practically no cooking from the chefs themselves.
