All was perfect

A cozy place run by people with passion, very friendly and helpful. We didn't have much time for sightseeing, but tips from the host helped us make the most of it.

The hotel is a family business run by three brothers. That’s why it has a very warm, welcoming and authentic atmosphere. Mehmet and his brothers are always there to help you if you have any questions. They explained us the best way to get to other cities and helped us with our transfers to the airport. They have great sense of humor, are open minded, speak very good English and are very knowledgeable about the area. We felt like we were part of the family and would definitely come back and recommend the hotel! The territory of the hotel is very green and has a nice swimming pool and a lounge area, where the breakfast is served, and where you can enjoy Turkish coffee, wine or just read a book or be with your phone. The closest beach, a supermarket, mini markets and restaurants are within 5 min walk. The hotel is in quiet area. I think all apartments come with a balcony. We had a lovely dinner that we prepared from market vegetables and fish on our balcony one evening! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The towels and sheets are changed twice a week. Welcoming atmosphere and people. Mehmet is a great host, he answers all the questions and helps you to plan your leisure in the city. Always freshly made and tasty breakfast. Plenty of living space.

Very slow internet connection

Mehmet and his family are super hosts, friendly and accommodating. Food very good, pool and atmosphere really relaxing. Have no hesitation in returning for a further stay.

Room had stepped floor eye problem caused difficulty. Assured for next time a level floor.

The breakfast was very good and nutritional. The location was good as it is very close to the beach.

A place were you genuinly feel welcomed and well taken care of. Very relaxing and positive atmosphere. We loved the family that runs the place. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and at the same time it is pretty quiet and nice. Big thanks to Mehmet and his brothers and son for the great hospitality and the conversations. And many thanks to the ladies for the yammy breakfasts.

Excellent location: the beach is 5 minutes walk, there are two supermarkets nearby, there are parking spaces, good homemade breakfasts. The apartments have everything you need: bed linen and towels are changed regularly. There is a refrigerator, dishes, air conditioning. nice terrace. If you are missing something, you will definitely be offered. The hosts are the perfect companions for your holiday. They are very attentive, friendly, help in all matters. They create the basic atmosphere for a wonderful holiday. Thank you so much for everything!

Missed Friday Party 😉

Very comfortable location, friendly staff, nice guests. Each person is trying to make your vacation great - staff give you all information about places of interest, shopping, Turkish cuisine. Hope to come back next summer!

Hospitality and smile and help! These amazing people will make feel like at your home. Since the first minute. Also, it was all perfectly clean, disinfected (because of the Covid-19), clean and spacious rooms and brilliant food. You love it. Beach is very close, also supermarket and bus (dolmuş) stop to go to the city center or elsewhere. Definitely I will come again to this nice and quiet place.

Excellent hosts, who provided valuable information about our visit to Efes. The breakfast was delicious and the bed very comfortable. The price one pays for the value here is really lovely. If you are not looking for luxury, but a nice, comfortable place at a good price - this is your accommodation!
