I asked if they had private patio as advertised and paid, as the accommodation provided did not have private patio with a view, the response if you do not like it leave.

The place and view

Many facilities is worn out and in bad condition.

Air conditioning was great and the equipped kitchenette was perfect for meals inside. 5 minute drive to Levanto and the beach and very good access to Cinque Terre just a couple of kilometers away by train or boat. Check-in/check-out was easy and my kids loved the pool

Barhroom shower was small and didn't function very well with a leaking shower head and wonky controls

Very nice and well equipped apartment. We liked especially the private, spacious terrace.

The place was beautiful, and near the city centre.

The wifi didnt work, and the apartment wasnt very clean.

Nice casa style apartment, hill views, friendly owner, free info and parking license to facilitate visit to Cinqueterra, basilicum plant as a gesture, sun beds on large balcony.

Cover plate kitchen fan somewhat loose. falling out. Quite some dead wasps outside and inside on arrival.

Nice couple and very helpful. We wanted to use our hire car daily and were given a resident permit by the owners which saved us a very long walk or 24 euros a day to park at the station in town. Great location for exploring the area but a car needed. Nice clean room if a little basic - and little garden with BBQ and table for breakfast. Free parking. Quiet, peaceful place. Good price considering cost of the places nearer to town.

Pool was small and unfortunately lots of mosquitos so we didn’t hang around. Quite hilly and lots of steps - but typical of the area properties.
