Beautiful spot.

I was given only one option on Booking.com to book - standard room. When I got there (which was difficult to find) the room was dark, musty, ugly and in the back of the hotel, up against a dry dirt wall.

the location was excellent for views. the staff in the breakfast room were very helpful, polite and always smiled when you made a request.

the location, although had excellent views, was uphill from the village centre. The hotel provided a van to take you to the village and back, which was very helpful, but it only ran once an hour. one afternoon, we decided to go back to the hotel after lunch but the van driver had already left. I called the hotel reception and they said he will bring down other guests to the village and can then bring us back to the hotel. But the driver (Roberto) rudely refused. Said the schedule says 14:25 and he left at 14:25, which was not true because we were there before that, and just rudely refused to take us back. Not even I’m sorry the rules do not allow me to or my apologies I’m not allowed to. No. He just said it’s not his fault we weren’t there on time and that we are on our own. We had three young kids with us. We took the kids and made the 20 min hike up the hill. That experience completely ruined the, what until then was a very pleasant stay, trip for us.

Beautiful views, good room and amenities, great breakfast.

The way up there is complicated and looks a little dangerous. Only one car enters at a time. They offer hourly shuttles up and down but that means you can’t leave and return whenever you want.

Location is perfect, but far from the village center. At the same time, it’s balanced with a perfect view and frequent shuttle bus

lacking possibility of having a dinner at the hotel, breakfest should be self-served, not asking for a piece of bread to be served

Shower was a surprize - you must push the button in order for the water not to come from above 🤭. Breakfast was portioned and the staff did bring it to you, this sometimes took almost 30 mins. You should ask for beach fee reduction, we were not told about it. No other meals besides breackfast at the hotel.

Amazing views, great quality of service

The views from the hotel room were spectacular. Absolutely mind-blowing. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was being served, which we didn't have any issues with. Just make sure you clearly explain what you want :)

The hotel is placed on the hill. The walk up takes about 20 minutes, and is VERY steep. You could walk, but in 34 degrees it can get sweaty. The hotel offers a shuttle service up and down to the beach/hotel. I understand that that is an extra service, but we experienced some downsides. As the hotel was fully booked (and has no dinner options) every guest needs to go to the town at some point. The shuttle bus only drives once per hour and only has eight seats. It created a tense atmosphere amongst the guest who all want to drive up or down.

The view.

the view was amazing. The room was clean and cleaning was done properly everyday . The breakfast was good .the staff was really nice and polite . It was calm and quiet . Felt refreshed after a day of walking and sightseeing.

The blonde receptionist was not really welcoming. The taxi system needs to be first come and first serve basis and it needs to be explained to guests . It was quite shocking to see how other guests were almost fighting to get in the taxi .Quite sad to watch actually

Beautiful room to relax in

Great view, fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was good.

A bit scary to drive to the hotel. You have to depend on a shuttle bus to get to a restaurant or the beach. No food except breakfast at the hotel.

the location is amazing, quiet and away from the busy streets but close enough to walk or the shuttle was always on time! our room was amazing and comfy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the grounds we’re just stunning !!!

we are from USA so we are used to cold AC, with it being sweltering hot in Italy a colder ac would have been nice! other than that It was perfect

Loved the space and the outdoor area and my balcony. It was great. Breakfast is simple but more than enough for me and my family. The scheduled shuttle to take u down to the village and up back to the hotel every hour. It was great from the hotel you can see most of the Cinque terre from the hotel. The staff are great and helpful

They don't have a kitchen for lunch or dinner. Only coffee, drinks and chips. So In case u get hungry in the evening u need to take a shuttle and go to the village. Eat there and come back to the hotel with the shuttle.
