Management was absolutely lovely she stayed up after hours untill my arrival😁beds were so comfortable and was easy to sleep in

Lied about Nespresso machines Lied about EV charger THERE IS NO CHARGER Lied about mould just being fixed roof had been leaking and they had patched fixed it ages ago but had not painted it was not fixed well still looked like it was leaking Lights kept you awake all night as they shone right into the bedroom with no black out curtains

Great location in Whakatane main street. Easy walk to the river, to the shops & cafes.

Room seemed a little stuffy - air-flow lacking. Might have been something we missed to avoid that.

We didn't utilise onsite breakfast, but perfect location walking to all cafes & shops, brilliant!

Minor details, fridge door opening wrong way, easier access would be other way. Would suggest a sign near switch warning not to turn fridge off (we unfortunately inadvertently did!)

The bed my husband and I slept on was far from comfortable. The small bed our adult son slept on was far from comfortable it was a very small bed and he is a 6ft 2in big person.

Room was clean and smart. Great location for centre of town.

Looking at a wall from our room, but there was no choice.
