Was clean and tidy

Could have replenished toilet paper. Soap dispenser was empty both days so used the complimentary soap but that was taken away and not replaced. Milk wasn’t replenished and only had very minimal milk for coffee one had to be with very little milk and there wasn’t a chance for a second cup.

I loved everything about this Motel Way above my expectations I always get me a room with Spa inside and the outside spa every time I come here Everything you can ever ask for If ever I was in Whakatane I would only choose this Motel for single,couply or family They Cater to your needs Reception Ed, is his name he is the best,makes you feel very welcome So I would highly recommend if ever staying in Whakatane

Great service as soon as we arrived. Eddie, the host was AMAZING!. 2Bdrm unit was value for money, wifi, sky tv, very spacious and clean with courtyard out the back. Spa pool was a great treat for the kids and shower pressure felt like a massage. Will definately be back again!!!. Ngā mihi 😊

nothing it exceeded our expectations

When we arrived, we were given a warm welcome at reception. The room was so cosy. We did not expect to have a spa so that was a pleasant surprise! We'll definitely use it next time!! Everything about the unit was just lovely.

The guy next door wasn't very quiet. Could hear him slamming cupboards early hours in the morning (about 5am) and left his vehicle running for about 10 minutes before leaving.

The property is quite spacious with ample parking right outside your door. The kitchen is well equipped to handle simple cooking. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will be coming back.
