La ubicación excelente. El desayuno muy bueno. Me hubiera gustado un poco más de frutos rojos y mi hijo nunca encontró chocolate para la leche (tal vez no fue prolijo al buscarlo) jajaja
Algo menor porque entiendo que no todo el mundo lo ocupa, pero en la sala de juegos les recomendaría mejorar aunque sea un mínimo la calidad de las raquetas de ping pong y dar mantenimiento al futbolin, tiene un declive y muñecos sin ajustar y no se puede jugar a gusto.

Excellent hotel with great rooms, excellent breakfast and lovely staff. All transfers to/from airport worked very well. Everyone was professional, helpful and incredibly nice.
I found Quito safe during daytime - I was walking everywhere, including to La Mariscal (a very long hike). However, I know Spanish and do not stand out.

Extra charges for everything: they include the swimming pool only on the hours they do not private activities. They charged extra for using swimming hat, you are only allowed to go in with it…. Not explained online, the receptionist staff were not very friendly after I brought it up.
They also placed me on a room #111 with a view of a building under construction. Not a good place for what you pay for 😞

the access to the swimming pool is not the entire day, when there are classes, you can not make use of the pool. that is only few times a day, but if you don’t know, you stand there…

The hotel is very well situated. The room is big. Bathroom was good. Facilities were not 100% in the room. Window was also broken and could not close completely. Breakfast was so so.

The buffet breakfast was spectacular with a large amount of choices. Very efficient staff. Opened early.
We thought it was closer to the airport or historic area but actually it was great in the end to get a tour of the city. safe surroundings . The Hotel was amazing with the fitness area, tea room, pub, and french style cafe, and nice restaurant with a good menu. Decor was over the top! Helpful friendly staff.
