The grounds here are absolutely beautiful but for me the rooms were so dark!! I couldn’t see anything properly. Also there are no TV’s In the rooms which I didn’t actually mind but some people might. The pool and gardens are so so beautiful and the place is super chill but still central enough. All the staff were so lovely except for the manager who needs to chill a little bit but hey, we all have bad weeks too

The rooms are very dark!

Location is good, close to canguu, semeniak by motorbike or car. Some Italian restaurant is close by, Russian restaurant also around 5 min by car and a bakery is a same. Different rooms , in some of them you can hear the road in some it’s silent. Quite big pool. Staff is friendly.

Feels like it’s not the best year for this hotel. The idea is nice, secret garden but feels like it’s very old now. in first room that we moved , once it was rain.the roof is heavy leaking they fixed it next day., bathroom is outside of the room at the open space, sometimes there was a cat, of course many different bugs. There is a big bath but it was not clean (maybe because everything from the outside quickly comes in) but you don’t want to use it. shower and sink quickly clogged, also once it rainy all water come up. Very slippery stones, so we put towels on it. Next room that we moved was very nice, second floor, bright and spacious balcony, bath outside was clean and you can use it. Shower and toilet was ok, but roof is made so close so sometimes we bumped our head in it. Same thing with water on the floor once it rainy. Stones are very slippery. AC not worked at all, we used fan. Although technician came to check it, it was very hot, but we opened all doors for breeze. Breakfast was ok (eggs, pancakes, coffee/tea, juice ). Overall- idea is good but it feels like hotel is suffering. No kettle and cups in the room but we asked stuff to bring us tea or water.

Clean, staff were helpful and breakfast was nice. Safety box which we appreciated.

The bathroom is outside the room, so the rain floods the bathroom and water flows into and around the toilet. The toilet door is very small, my partner is short and he still managed to hit his head as he walked through. Plus there is a plank that you have to slide through the door to keep the bathroom door closed which is annoying to keep doing, especially at night. It is very close to a busy road, so you can hear traffic at night. Bar wasn’t stocked and they didn’t restock the following days. The mosquito net was made of silky material which made it hard to keep it closed without gaps.

So dirty, no service or support, far from everything. Once youre there you are left on your own… no room service, the worst breakfast I had in Bali.

Good location, generally clean and staff helpful.

the path between the lobby and the room was difficult and not suitable if you have large suitcases. not well lit and no directions so you can get lost getting to your room. lots of mosquitos and the bed was on the 2nd floor and the room was warm. the staff were kind enough to switch rooms after I gave feedback.

staff is absolutely kind. had a late check in around 2AM and got myself a lovely letter waiting for me at the room. breakfast was great and honestly didn’t really understand the not superb reviews

this property is absolutely beautiful - everything we could have wanted and more. We loved the beautiful villa and the pool/outdoor areas. It had the traditional Balinese feel and it was just so relaxing and ideal for some quiet time and privacy. Felt like we had our own entire villa with a backyard/pool to ourselves. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was yummy. Also loved the outdoor shower.

there was nothing I didn’t like. It had everything we needed and I honestly couldn’t fault it.

Beautiful rooms, multiple pools to choose from. Safe and secure property. Friendly staff. Lovely location.

Be aware that if you're in a downstairs villa you can hear the guest upstairs walking around, opening doors, flushing the toilet. It's only a problem in the middle of the night. Not that it's a big deal but there's no TV in the room.
