Everyone was kind and helpful. My flight was cancelled and I had to delay my arrival by one day. Even if I informed the hotel in the late evening, they accommodated my request and accepted the rescheduling. Taxi and extended services are also available. The hotel is located on the river where the street is pedestrian in the evenings and weekends (a sort of green line). Enjoy!

nice location, staff were very friendly and kind

room service took a very long time for one burger and chips when I received it I got stone cold chips. Breakfast could also be improved maybe some more warm sections (hash browns, uštipci)

Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with bathtub and lovely view, staff were super friendly, nice spa, breakfast was ok but not a lot of choice. Overall, very nice hotel and would definitely recommend.
