Extremely helpful receptionists/ staff ! Cannot thank you enough for being so kind and considerate for all our wishes. Size of the room was just a bonus. A big, huge one! :-) I would recommend this hotel to everyone, all my friends are already informed about it.

The hotel is very nice. The staff was helpful. The room was spacious although the rug is worn. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. The location is also great.

The rug on the floor was stained and worn. The mattresses and pillows were lumpy.

Amazing breakfast, comfy and spacious room that was so warm despite the snow in Sarajevo. The receptionists were super lovely and helpful, holding our bags for us before check in.

The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful. They also provided airport pick up and drop off which was greatly appreciated. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

There was nothing that we didn't like, however if a coffee machine providing a choice of options could be included with the breakfast buffet it would be greatly appreciated.

The hotel is very modern and the staff are friendly. I was amazed at the size of the room and bathroom. Fantastic value for money! The location was perfect - right in the heart of everything. The breakfast was good, but quite basic - mostly cold food (ham, cheese, etc)

When leaving the hotel I asked for a taxi to the airport. Hotel reception suggested I take their hotel transfer service. I asked how much it was and they said €50, which was away over the odds! I asked them to order a normal taxi, which they very kindly did. The taxi arrived within two minutes and cost €10.

Great hotel in a brilliant location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a family size room with large ensuite shower room. Such a great city to visit with so much complex history to try to understand. The old city is fascinating and we met lots of lovely people.

Excellent central location, comfortable bed, large room and welcoming staff.

Very good bathroom and big shower. The room was warm, clean and quiet.

Breakfast was not very good as Booking suggested. I'm not sure for what reason but the Wifi didn't work (with me, with the receptionist yes).
