Having been to Protaras many times, we came across this hotel for a 5 night break and found it to be very basic but don’t let that put you off. great price, you get what you pay for. The hotel was very clean, staff so lovely and polite, breakfast for £5, pool was cold but lovely and the location is great and local to all that you need within 10 mins walk such as many restaurants, bars, all the nightlife you need and the beach. Our room was cleaned regularly and the Studios are huge with a great balcony to relax on. Air con was amazing!

The property needs work, some TLC! very old, outdated, needs a complete makeover in all honesty. little things such as door handles loose, cupboard doors coming away, curtains falling off runners, wardrobes from the 60s! Sun beds by the pool were old, rusty and not at all comfortable. Lovely hotel but in general, it just needs modernisation.

The room was bigger than expected. Decent kitchen area with both a fridge, freezer and a toaster, which made it possible to make your own breakfast. Friendly staff, both in the reception and the cleaners. Good location ~20 min walk to city centre, but would recommend to have a rental car. Cozy, little balcony with a good view.

Very hard/uncomfortable beds that were very creaky. Couldn't slightly shift in bed without it sounding like fireworks were going off. There was also a lot of sound from the elevator which was right outside our room, which made it a bit hard to sleep.

A decent resort, start of the holiday season. Still getting over the pandemic. Would I go there again, yes, but once it's fully recovered.

Spacious apartments, not very modern but clean, with equipped kitchen. Friendly staff, nice view from the balcony

No wifi connection in the room (3rd floor)

Great place to stay. Very nice personel ready to help as well assist in case anything is needed. We asked for the adapters, and they gave us some, each per person, which was very great!

There was no dishwashing liquid and the dishes were not very clean. However, we did not ask for it from the staff, so maybe if we have asked, we would have been given one

The hotel was clean and the room was well-equipped. AC was in both rooms. The pool seemed nice. Beaches and main restaurant area were both under 30 mins away. There were some grocery stores nearby and a strip bar was just in the opposite side of the road. And all that for very reasonable price.

For us wifi was quite slow so we used LTE instead.
