Staff are considerate and easy to contact

the location and stuff

The location is perfect for me right adjacent to the train. the room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. I enjoyed the breakfast... on previous stays i don't remember that there was an extra charge for breakfast? It was fresh and delicious.

I was disappoint as i had to check out prior to the completion of my reservation but billed for the entire stay. My schedule is too fluid. I need the flexibility to change locations without a lot of notice. I won't stay at this location again nor likely use Bookings after this experience.

Staff and location

2 single quilts on a large double bed... found it funny

The location was excellent since the hotel was directly next to the train station and thus also to the public transport connections. Breakfast was really delicious and the staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out was uncomplicated.

I would have preferred it if the staff wore face masks due to the pandemic. And one really tiny thing is that I would've liked one extra towel in addition to the 3 towels provided so that one doesn't have to use the paper towels after washing hands.

It’s very near to everything food, shopping , commute.

Location - quick and easy access to Hauptbahnhof. Large, comfortable and quiet room and bathroom.

The marble counter in the bathroom wasn't spotless.
