La ubicación al norte de la ciudad
El Hotel hospeda a personas que están solicitando albergue de una ONG lo que no se recomienda para turistas a la ciudad, el hotel no debería ofrecer servicios a turistas, la buya nocturna en las habitaciones es frecuente toda la noche, de grifos abiertos, todo suena, las instalaciones viejas y mal olor en los muebles de el lobby camas muy incómodas, no es recomendable si no mejoran esto. 👎🏾

No estaba muy limpio, tuve un accidente con una mesa y casi me lo cobran a pesar de ser un accidente, el desayuno no tenía buen sabor, en los huevos había uno podrido y olía mal, no tiene nevera en habitación,

The breakfast service was very good, the staff were also very nice. I only speak a little Spanish it was super helpful for me that the lady at the front desk spoke English to me.

I like the place, the staff was nice and very helpful. It's safe and short way to Unicentro.

good location, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and very polite helpful staff. very accommodating. good value for money. nice neighbourhood
rooms were a bit dated, the Wi-Fi was truly awful. Each floor had its own wifi but it was so bad it usually didn’t work. it kept dropping out and wasn’t very strong when it was connected.

The size of the rooms and the bed.
The rooms were bare. The executive suite did not have water, tea or coffee. The was no sofa or tv in the lounge. Just cheap chairs and one small broken table. The WiFi was also terrible.

It's just an old hotel with a smell of a church.
