The hostel is in the very central and touristy part of the city in a relatively safe area.
The staff is rude and slow. They just ignored me for 30 minutes during the check-in.

This hostel was a very fun place to meet new people as a solo traveler!! Especially Thursday - Saturday, the hostel is filled with people and there are so many fun events hosted by the staff. Especially thanks to Renan, who was so great at getting people involved in social events and bringing everyone together! He was amazing!!
I wish I had known the private rooms were in a separate building, it made it feel a little weird to have to come and go down the street to get from the main hostel to my room.

Uno de los mayores miedos al viajar solo es el creer que pasarás un viaje aburrido, sin embargo para quienes piensan hacerlo les digo que sin duda alguna VIAJERO CARTAGENA ES LA OPCIÓN, su equipo y todos los que se hospedan tienen una energía magnífica, te hacen sentir parte de una familia, sus actividades diarias son lo mejor!! El personal siempre está dispuesto ayudarte a conseguir tour, recomendaré sitios y actividades para hacer cada día según tu presupuesto. Para quienes nunca han ido a un hostal de habitación compartida les digo que experimenten y vivan la experiencia, realmente es muy distinto a lo que muchos creen, todo es muy tranquilo, SEGURO y realmente en viajero sentí que dormí como un bebé, todo es realmente aseado, los baños y duchas siempre están disponibles. El hostal tiene convenios con varios locales nocturnos de la ciudad muy bien ubicados a los cuales podrás acceder sin pagar cover solo por el hecho de ser un huésped del hostal. NO LO DUDE Y ELIJAN VIAJERO, SU EQUIPO SIN DUDA SON LOS MEJORES, LAURA, JESSED, ANDRES, RENAN, todos son unos magníficos anfitriones; en viajero no solo eres un huésped, eres parte de una familia. Sin duda volvería sin pensarlo dos veces.
Laura, gracias por hacer de mi estadía en cartagena una gran estadía y por tu disposición para ayudarme con todo lo que necesitaba para hacer que mi viaje fuera magnífico.

Falta lugar para estender toalhas. Ruim para quem pega beliche superior. Não tem apoio para malas ou uma cadeira para se arrumar. Tem que sentar ou apoiar as coisas na cama debaixo (de outro colega).

Das Hostel ist sehr gut gelegen in Cartagena. Ein Supermarkt und sehr gute Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war sehr sauber und die Küche hatte auch alles was man braucht. Das Personal hat uns auch bei einer wichtigen Angelegenheit innerhalb des Hostels sehr weitergeholfen.
Beachtet das es hier abends immer laut sein kann, da es immer ein Abendevent gibt. Das Hostel ist sehr voll und ich würde empfehlen auf eure Sachen aufzupassen.

De locatie is goed op loopafstand van het centrum, een supermarkt, bus en veel restaurants en winkels. Ontbijt is goed elke ochtend met fruit, granola bowl, verse fruitsap en iets hartigs of zoet die opdat moment werd gemaakt. Wij zaten in een privé kamer op een andere gebouw om de hoek en zo zit je een beetje uit de herrie van het hoofdgebouw. Dit gebouw is dicht zodat niet iedereen naar binnen kan en dat is fijn. Personeel is behulpzaam en aardig. Airco in de kamer die ook in de nacht aan kon (erg noodzakelijk) want had een nacht stand.
Kamer is klein en heeft geen kleding kast dus de kleren blijven in de koffer of op een stoel. De badkamer is helemaal klein, je kan je kont niet keren en ook geen plek voor de toiletspullen. Op de WC pot moet je schuin zitten en uit de kleine douchekop komt geen warm water. Ik heb hier naar gevraagd maar ze zeiden dat er nergens warm water is door de hitte. De kamer is ook erg gehorig met papier muren. Wij zaten ver van de voordeur maar toch hoorden wij de mensen en auto's op straat. De wifi is waardeloos, het gaat aan een uit steeds. Als je internet nodig hebt voor iets boeken of zoeken is dat wel een probleem. Ook de TV gaat via Wifi en het deed 9 van de 10 keer niet. In het hoofdgebouw noemen ze een rooftop maar het is gewoon de zaal waar je eet die in de avond een bar is met muziek. Het zwembad kan je geen zwembad noemen want je kan alleen maar zitten en het was helemaal niet schoon. Dit was verreweg de slechtste hostel waar ik ben verbleven.

The staff was very friendly, the girl in the reception on my check out date was super helpful because my phone fell on the water and she helped me out to find solutions and to charge it the next day, also to print some bus tickets and with some other information that I requested for such stressful situation.
It is a great place to meet other travellers since it is a "party hostel". The location is excellent, close to the clock tower by walk, like 10 min or so.
Maybe it is not the best place to rest since the music is on and loud until midnight and the room they gave me was very close to it.
Even though it is not their fault, they had a drug dealer almost all they long next to the entrance of the hostel, I think they should call the police to avoid this person to be around their entrance.

They are in a good location, their rooms are spacious, and they have a decent breakfast! The staff made an error but they were quick to fix it and help us

The private annex accommodation which was separate from the main hostel is great for people who want quiet rooms but still have access to hostel facilities. Reception & breakfast staff were very nice!
The bartenders charged you full price for drinks during happy hour unless you told them you wanted happy hour prices. Which I think they should be at happy hour prices regardless

I met some lovely people my first night. Good location
Extremely noisy! Staff did not do anything with the people coming back from bars at 3am, talking and singing loudly. Rooms were freezing. Showers were cold. Very few areas to relax in the shade. It was like they were pushing everyone to the bar area to spend money and drink. Free coffee doesn't start until around 10am? What about people who wake up early? Rude staff at check-in. I wasn't even given the free drink token for my first night nor told about the social events. I had to find out from someone else who I met. I was ill one night and went to bed early. A staff member was showing someone the room and he opened up my curtain to peak in on me in bed!!! That's terrible!!; After your stay, they keep on emailing you every day for a review! Terrible stay and experience. Avoid completely!

The hostel has a very good location, it is nice that there is a different breakfast menu, besides this there is coffee every day which is very good (although it is until 6 p.m.) and the staff is very attentive, Laura the reception girl is helpful and learns your name from your check in, also the other reception guys give you the best recommendations and help you even look for towels very early in the morning

I liked it very much. The room was very good, as I thought it would be, and the reception (yesid, stefi and lau) and the rest of the staff were exquisite. I would like to highlight the breakfasts, we loved them, both for the quality and the cleanliness and order of everything. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff are lovely and really helpful! There’s great events going on like the pub crawl every Wednesday and Friday and the occasional karaoke night. It was so easy for me to make friends as a solo traveller. It’s also close to all the great bars and historical spots!

Definitely the attention of the staff was very good, they were attentive, they lent me an iron without any extra charge, the room was literally the same as in the picture, with the great heat of Cartagena hot water is not necessary. The hostel has an excellent location because it is absolutely close to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. They also clean your room every day, which is very nice. The guys at the reception give you recommendations to very good and cheap places at the same time.

ההמתנה הארוכה בקבלה כ-40 דקות! תורים ארוכים ,אורחים שרוצים לקנות שתייה צריכים לשלם בקבלה ונאלצים להמתין המון זמן . אין מים חמים במקלחת אבל אפשר להסתדר עם זה כי מאוד חם,הווילון במקלחת עם עובש,אין מגבת לרגליים,הקירות בעיקר במקלחת מתקלפים,הפח היה מלא בזבל של אורחים קודמים. ביקשנו שיעזרו לנו עם המזוודות ואף אחד לא הגיע.

Lo mejor es llegar después de las 4pm. Cómo se mantiene muy lleno, a las 3pm hora del check-in suele estar muy lleno. Porque esperar bajo el calor no es muy divertido.
