Room was on street side which was very noisy. Back side of hotel better. Our room was accidentally given away to another family. Eventually the problem was resolved but certainly was an upset. I asked for a discount but was denied. I would not stay here again.

location was great. the staff was super friendly especially Anotonia at the restaurant. he was so hardworking- one man show running the whole restaurant. also Armine made some great food for us !! overall great experience 😊

Well the hotel check in was virtually unexistent just like the reception staff. We turned up withing the specified check in times and there was absolutely no-one at the desk and also nobody was picking up the phone when we were ringing. So that was a stressful 20 minutes when I thought I was going to have to find an alternative accommodation. I've managed to get through to a person though the booking.com messaging and they told me the room number. We'll if you are not planning to be at the flipping check in desk ever you could have told me the room number and where yo to find before. But they were sure quick to take the money out of my bank account for the room. Very unhappy felt unwelcome

The breakfast was great! We loved having the balcony and sitting out next to the mountains.

It might be a difference in culture but little things like shampoo in the bathroom would be nice.

Hotel room a little spartan but had the bonus of a bath. Excellent value for a stopover night. Bed very comfortable. As a quite old hotel soundproofing left a bit to be desired. Breakfast OK for price.

Being close to Lucerne and Tesla Supercharger was a great advantage for us. In addition, the town where it is located is quiet, calm and has a very beautiful nature. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a fridge and kettle as a facility. It has free parking facility. Breakfast was very satisfying and varied. The price is considered affordable for Switzerland.
