Location of property was ideal, situated centrally on the main strip, opposite the Lorne Hotel and Totti's restaurant, and short stroll down to beach across the road.

All the buildings were looking a little tired and in need of a fresh coat of paint. Garden also needed some tending to. The interior had the same tiredness to it, with lighting not very bright. The back bedroom was exposed to noises due to the 2 windows facing out to other buildings on premises if people are sitting out on their balconies and talking all night. In the morning, some maintenance work started well before 8am from somewhere above our apartment, with the noise vibrating down. A sleep-in was impossible and we would have appreciated a heads-up from reception at check-in.

Location to beach and shops excellent . Room very clean

Shower over very deep spa bath. Not appropriate for all ages. Bathroom outdated and needs modernising

Location was great, space was excellent, facilities a bit dated. Sulfur crested galahs an awful nuisance if you go out on the balcony with food! Bathroom light very dim - no good at all for applying makeup or shaving!

Bathroom lights and needed a magnifying mirror for applying makeup. Staff cleaning rooms came at lunchtime when we were there having lunch. Would have been better during the morning ( btw 10.00 and 13.00) when we were out.

We had been given a garden room that had the most amazing view of the ocean. We actually thought they had upgraded us, but had been explained it was in front of their garden. Heath at reception was the friendliest, kindest, warm and welcoming staff member they have. He deserved 5 stars on his own. We spilt coffee on the carpet and told Heath and he was extremely accommodating and grate about the whole thing.

There were a couple of minor things with the room, we had a bean bag that had a hole in it. Which we just put aside. Really though all in all nothing to not like about the place.

Loved the living space and the view, so wonderful.

We woke up each morning with sore necks/backs from the bed

very clean and nice. all rooms were clean and we had everything that we needed! we wish we booked for longer!

the carpark was a total maze we had to go back and forth a few times then go back up one level as there was no parking at the 4th level where our lift access was. the lady did mark out the route but it was still very confusing. the downstairs bedroom has no heating at all nor does the heating from living room warm it up.. we had a baby sleeping in there and it was very cold as the window was in front of us. also, I wish house keeping wouldn’t laugh and talk so loud when their outsides rooms..we requested a late checkout last minute and it wasn’t relayed onto housekeeping so they woke us up and walked in asking us how long until we leave very abrupt.

Heath was working in reception on our arrival. He was genuinely the friendliest and most helpful staff member I have met at a hotel.

Great apartment but could do with a repaint and some fresh carpet.

the view from the room was beautiful. the after hours access was straightforward but it took a while to get the information.

there were maintenance issues with the room. the dishwasher top shelf was broken, no cutting board. just annoying.
