staff at reception were very rude, dishwasher was not working, told them on the way outside they could fix it. basically just implied we were not using it properly, no manners, no acknowledgement, no apology -m other peoples food left in cupboards have stayed here a few times, first time it was anything other than very good

Amazing view, clean and well maintained property. Wish we could have stayed longer!

There were quite a few stairs up to Unit 1. Not a bad thing just something to be aware of if anyone might have trouble with that.

Great location, walk to the pier. Views were fabulous and it was nice and bright. Spacious apartment. Furnishings were pretty good.

Bathrooms in desperate need of upgrade. More provisions like oil etc. would have been good.

Great location and views. We were comfortable and warm during our early winter stay. Easy walk to downtown Lorne from the property. You do need to carry your bags up 27 steps from the carpark. They supply what you might need to keep the place tidy.

Location and views were awesome. Just far enough out of town to be quiet but an easy walk to shops and pubs. Very comfortable bed in main bedroom.

A light outside bedroom number 2 was a little inconvenient

The view from the property is superb - a full sea view right across the main windows. This was a return visit for us because we loved Pierview so much when we stayed there two years ago. The accommodation is spacious and light, tastefully furnished with quality fittings, everything works and the beds are so comfy. The situation is perfect, being within walking distance of town, restaurants, the main beach and the pier. Rainforest walks are a short drive away. We'll be back again!

Large TV, great view and provision of what we needed (washing up liquid etc)

Didn’t realise we had to pick keys up from another location until we arrived

It was okay to collect and drop off the keys.

Confusion over payment. When we arrived, thought booking-com already charged the card. On the premises they were charging surcharge which is annoying. Chose another mode of payment in the end.

Beautiful uninterrupted views - could see the waves and the pier and even the Airey’s lighthouse in distance. Plenty of space within apartment. Coffee capsule machine was great. Also appreciated two bathrooms and laundry facilities.

Stove needs an update as does taps throughout. Carpets need a good clean or replacement. An extra couch would be good as it’s a three bedroom apartment with one couch and two armchairs.

The bathroom. The shower was not up to the standard of the rest of the unit.
