Appartments are nice and as shown on photos.
Walking distance from restaurants and shops.
There was no one at the reception when we arrived for check-in at 5 p.m., and no one was answering the phone. Luckily, another client came out to let us in, and we found our roomkey on the front desk.
The listing on booking clearly stated you can access the steam room and spa area for free, and only the sauna comes at an additional charge, but it turns out it's all 20€/day/person. When we mentioned it, the receptionist (who was barely ever there) was quite rude about it.
No one was there for checkout either...
Flat was clean but had a very strange smell!

1. בעלי הבית מאיימים בקנס 100 יורו אם לא זורקים את.הזבל ומשאירים ליכלוך...זה תפקידם לאור הסכום היפה ששילמנו..אפשר לבקש יפה בלי איום וסנקציות של קנס.
2. לא היה במטבח קצת קפה תה סוכר מלח. מה שיש בכל מקום גם ברמה וסכום נמוך יותר..
3. לא היו סבונים רק נוזל רחצה..ולא היה שמפו.
סעיפים 2 ו 3 הערתי לבעלי הדירה הבטיח לשפר.

Close to ski slopes and centre of town. Spar supermarket also just a 5 minute walk away. Comfortable, clean and tidy with WiFi to keep kids happy!

Viewpoint from apartment is so so good. There're a lot of hiking trails nearby. Staff is so nice and helpful. Room is bigger and better than I thought. Also have a free strong wifi. It's near bus stop (around 400 meters) and near supermarket.
The first bus is quite late if you want to do early hike around Ortisei. But it's totally fine because the trail and scenery around Selva also awesome.

we loved that it was very clean and has a panoramic view. The lady was so welcoming and kind. there is a supermarket nearby.
it didn’t have an iron or a washing machine and we had to pay €20 for every load if we want to do laundry. and if you separate your white clothes and colored ones; then you’ll pay double.

It is a big apartament very clean and equipped with all you need.
The owners are very nice and helpful.

Cesa Rives is located in the most beautiful part of the village. Close to everything but definitely away from the noise of the main road. The landscape you can see all around the building is amazing. The apartment was aligned to the expectations and to the standards of the area.

“Private terasse” is not really private as all skiing guests was also using it on the way to/from slopes. Horrific pillows!

Selva is an exceptional location. Cesa Rives is located on the children slopes, it is a nice and cosy place with great views.

There is very old furniture in the apartment, the stove is hardly working - something, that should be changed for the price they are charging.
