La ubicación estuvo excelente, cerca del CAS, y de centros comerciales

El estacionamiento estaba muy saturado y los espacios estaban invadidos ( personas mal estacionadas) impedían abrir las puestas del carro con comodidad

The choice of tv chanells os like 60 years ago. 4 or 5 useless chanells. Some were black and white. Horrible

The front desk receptionist was very nice and very patient.

We were traveling with another couple and had booked two rooms. We arrived shortly after our 3 pm check in time and there were no rooms ready. After a 20 minute wait we were given keys to two rooms. We each found the rooms had not been cleaned yet. The beds were not made from the previous guest, there were towels on the floor, full trash cans, etc. We went back down stairs and the receptionist worked to find another room. We also learned there was no airport shuttle available in the mornings. The listing does say the shuttle is subject to availability, so don't count on it. We requested to cancel our reservation at this point which was a bit of an ordeal. The receptionist was very kind throughout.

This place was a little out dated but Marriott refreshed it and feels just like when it opened.

The staff can be rude. They don’t say excuse.

I like the Friday morning front desk lady who handled so well calls and the lobby full of clients waiting for reservations and check outs she never lost the control and answer the calls with the highest customer service expectations, the housekeeping, courtesy taxi and the rest of the staff very friendly, greeting every time , I’m very observant on customer service, make us feel welcome, keep that standard please.

The eggs with some king of red oily sauce. 🤭

location was great for what we had planned.

outdated and needs to be updated. I saw people working on the outside of the building painting it.

the room was warm and cozy even when the city was freezing.

They told us our reservacion didn't go through correctly. I booked 2 rooms via Booking.com but the hotel told me the system showed them that I only reserved 1 standard room (1bed). The staff was able to modify the reservacion to 1 double room (2 beds), but not able to give us 2 rooms as they were at full capacity. I ended up paying extra money.
