I love the 24 hrs room service and their restaurant los Olivos love it there.

I love staying at the hotel but this stay was a unpleasant due to that the I had originally requested my rooms together and that didn't happened which I was okay with but then the ac from my room was not working the guy kept on saying that with him restarting the air it would work but it didn't it was hot and humid.

The room was ok

The room key app didn't work well, the elevator kept on taking us to the wrong floor and once I brought it up to the front desk after wasting around 40 min going up and down the wrong floors, they did not even try to apologize for the elevator being all messed up , they just looked at me with a dead stare and said try again, just horrible staff experience never going back to this hotel

The bartender was very nice and made a great sapphire and tonic

I loved the breakfast!

The vending machines on every floor were out of service.

Very bad experience

We went into the room and there was hair on the shower, we came the next day and nobody clean the room at 2:30pm, we ask for another room and they made a mistake an gave us a room that Wasn’t the same that we rented, when we got the other room another person open the door, it really looked like a joke. Very dissapointed!!!
