EXTREMELY small space for 2 travelers with luggage. No onsite dining and need to pay for transport to airport with long wait for bus at airport.

Lack of space around and above the bed due to the bunk bed. Would be very cramped if occupied by 3 people.

Check in was a mess, elevator wasn't working, bed was inexplicably on wheels that you couldn't lock. Common area could use a clean. Windows were kinda gross.

Room was so small and not even close to a family room especially for the value. It was an extremely awkward and uncomfortable night

Great location near the airport. It is also conveniently located next to a good restaurant and shops/ supermarket which is great if you have forgotten anything. There is also a lovely open space behind it when you can go for a walk or run.

We had a twin room which was quite cramped. It also didn’t help that the beds were on wheels which were not fixed. It meant that every time you sat on one of them ,it moved - sitting up in bed was impossible as the bed would roll away from the wall - very odd and more than a little disconcerting!

Staff were incredibly helpful as my mum was travelling on her own and didn't speak English. They kept in touch with me before arrival and during check-in, communication was great and everything went smoothly. My mum had a great time at Ibis and felt looked after. Congrats to this amazing team.

Microwave, toaster, dinner plates, bowl, mugs, cutlery, coffee machine etc in a lounge next to the reception for free to use. Not many accommodation do like that, I have first time experience

Close to the airport, clean and comfy bed. Close to restaurants and shuttle from both Auckland airport terminals to the hotel so very handy for an overnight.

The beds weren’t stable. Couldn’t sit up in bed as the bed moved away from the wall. Had to lodge my suitcase at the end. Only one very soft pillow was available
