The staff were exceptional. It was clean and tidy and close to the hospital, which is why we were there.

Bed, Noise. Mattress was old and hard. Rooms were advertised as having 'soundproofing (the main reason I booked) but I heard the traffic all night. WiFi was on, then off, then on, then off. A real 70's 80's hotel advertised as a resort but far from it.

The location. Close to coffs town centre.however we were given a room that had a glass balcony door fronting the highway and where guest trucks were parked so air break noise and truck engines starting up early in the morning were a definite negative

As above for noise The room was very tired and old. No microwave oven in the room. Had to go downstairs and out to a hallway to use a communal microwave The bedside lights didn’t work We unplugged from the power extension cord and plugged directly to socket and still didn’t work. One of the coffee mugs and both glasses and a fork were dirty from previous guest. There were plates cups and glasses but no bowls I had my own cereal to eat and had no bowl The bathroom had long black (Asian) hair in the shower and beside the toilet on floor. Gross There were tiny baby cockroaches (2) in the drawer where the plates/kettle etc were stored Paint had patches of pink for touch up jobs not finished properly all over the walls The reception were lovely and did say they were looking at renovations but this room was a C minus. Not worth $150 a night

Good location, great pool facilities for the kids.

The property was very dated and in need of some work, our room had an unpleasant odour, the drains in the bathroom smelt and covered in mould and there were used cigarette butts in an ashtray on the outdoor balcony.

The gentleman who checked us in was down to earth and lovely. Very informal which is something I personally really like. The area was gorgeous and relaxing and the rooms are what you would expect for a little motor in. I personally really liked it although we were only there for 1 night whilst we were travelling from Sydney to Brisbane. Great spot and nice rooms.

Couldn't find anything we didn't like although we were only there for less than 24 hours, so didn't check out the amenities/facilities, but from what we could see they looked great. If there was anything to complain about it's that it was slightly dated, but for me that's part of the appeal.

Nothing went well after we were allocated a room that had not been serviced.

I booked in advance, and paid extra for 2 x queen beds. I also stated that due to mobility issues, I would prefer a unit on the ground floor is possible? After check in, I went to the room, only to discover it had not been cleaned after previous guests. Reception staff offered 2 x rooms next to each other! I said that wasn't convenient, and we were offered a family room, up on the first floor. Being tired, fed up and in a lot of pain, we accepted that room.

Good large room with a small balcony at the rear overlooking some woodland. Comfortable bed with lots of luggage space in the living area. Bathroom was large and clean

The wifi didn't want to stay connected via a series of one day codes. Some small maintenance issues but otherwise a very comfortable stay and convenient for an interim stop

Location was great for us my boy especially enjoyed the pool and slide the lady in reception was very helpful and polite we will stay again.

The property was clean and the receptionist was nice and helpful.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. you can feel the springs in your back. the aircon wasn’t cooling. The fridge wasn’t cooling at all, not even our water bottles. There were no plates or cutlery. When we requested, we were given paper plates and wooden cutlery.
