Very nice breakfast, well located and big rooms.

No heated water, difficulty to solve the issue.

Beautiflul rooms . Friendly staff.

We had to report cold water twice but maintenance did sort it out. Also had to move us to another room because the lights were out of order.

Free Airport Shuttle, comfortable beds...

I can't believe this is the same hotel I stayed in a week ago, WOW! The customer service last night was atrocious. My family and I got there after 10pm from an international flight. Their printers and system was offline and they could not print the booking, they tried restarting the system which went on for about 20 minutes. Eventually I was given two copies of my passport to fill in my details as a manual check-in. I asked the agent to give me the key cards as we were tired and if he needed me he could come to the room. He says he needed to be sure that I paid. Despite me showing him booking.com confirmation and credit card authorization he was insistent on checking a system for my proof of payment, a system that was offline by the way. The agent insisted he would run my credit card again, if he couldn't find the proof of Payment, this was despite me paying in full in April already, i was super annoyed! Our rooms were on the 5th floor, As we got off the elevator, the entire 5th floor smelled of dampness and wet carpets like a wet dog. We Got to the rooms and there were no teabags or milk in both rooms. We had to call and ask.

The room service in relation to the food was a disaster, I had to wait for 5 hours after my order to get the food.... Which then i was still asked to pay for.

Wonderful property with close proximity to the Airport. The Free Airport Shuttle was a great touch. Affluent rooms, comfortable beds and Spacious Bathroom.

Room service took more than an hour for a toasted sandwich and fish & chips.

Hotel room was pretty tired looking. Dining chair I pulled out to sit on had a big stain on seat. Chose another.
