The only outstanding experience was the Spa and associated staff members who supported the spa. Everything else was a complete and utter disaster.

It was a culmination of several items during the stay that resulted in a very poor overrated hotel. 1. The buildings are over 15 years old and tired. Cracking walls, leaking walls, air conditioning systems that leak and in our case, leaked so much water that it ran into the hall or one afternoon created a pool of water in front of the bathroom door. The beds are lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. The sofa in the room needed to be replaced 10 years ago. There was no padding on the sofa seat at all completely flat and lumpy. On December 24th our room was never cleaned nor were the beds made. 2. The food is terrible with the noted exception of the Wagyu Beef Burgers. Additionally we tried but could not tolerate the poor quality preparation of the food in Prego or the International Restaurant. For example: the Sous Vide Chicken was dry tasteless and rock hard. When asked how the food was, I expressed my displeasure to the wait staff only to be laughed at. 3. The Gym has limited out of date equipment and needs to be upgraded. 4. The Coffee is horrible and strong. No amount of milk or sugar could have been added to remove the bitter taste and experience. Given that Thailand in general is a major coffee producer and that Old Town Phuket has many excellent high quality coffee roasters one would think that Westin a major international brand could incorporate this and buying from locals.

Beautiful terrain

We wanted a resort with a view of the sea and this delivered - stunning views! Breakfast was really good and spa facilities also really nice.

Couple bugs and not super clean. The staff were amazing though and moved us to a better upgraded room when we pointed this out.

Excellent stay. They deliver what they promise through the pictures of the property and the website.

A bit far from City Center. But that can be nullified due to availability of taxis in the property as well as the GRAB app for booking taxi.

Location, room, facilities, restaurant, overall setting - fantastic. loved it.

Arbitrary charges applied at check-out to mini-bar/in-room dining use. These were not incurred by us but in order to quickly settle the invoice to catch flight had to pay. On contacting hotel afterwards, no response received.

I was booked in for 9 nights and on the 6th day someone else was also booked into my room. A staff member and an unknow ti me individual were trying to access my room.
