Not much really, wouldn’t stay again I feel that it was over priced for what it was

It was run down the room had peeling colour off the walls and ceiling, the socket was fixed with a duct tape. Definitely not a 4 star hotel

Красивый, тихий и небольшой отель. 30 одинаковых номеров (все выходят на бассейн) и очень красивая и просторная территория. Бассейн, в котором действительно можно плавать. Очень дружелюбный персонал, который действительно старается выполнить просьбу (не путать с просто улыбается, а потом извиняется). Тихо. Очень большие кровати, удобно спать.

В номере лежит прайс за ущерб. Не понятно как отель это контролирует: у нас было рваное белье (есть в этом прайсе), на ресепшен просто извинились и заменили.

Бассейн отличный, месторасположение хорошее, на этом все.

У меня два бронирования здесь ( оплачивал доп ночь ) так что во втором отзыве будет больше фото. Не было 11 часов света с 9:00 до 20:00, генератор питает только освещение в лобби и в ресторане в котором никогда никого нет. Сами номера полностью мертвые. Днем в тропиках немного жарко но генератор отелю явно не нужен… 30-31 градус в номере это ок. В это же время не было WiFi, хотя WiFi для персонала был и он работал, только доступ тебе никто не даст, но даже если WiFi работает то грузит 10 сек раз в 5 минут. Напор воды отвратительный, когда не было света, так же не было горячей воды 11 часов, после включения света напор воды был такой что руки помыть было невозможно, в 9 утра починили. И стал просто плохой. Постельное в пятнах. Полотенца рваные, с дырками. Сначала жили на 1 этаже, там жить невозможно, дикая влажность, и воняет плесенью. Влажность настолько высокая, что кондиционер и отдельный осушитель воздуха ниже 75% влажность не опускали, без осушителя влажность всегда 98-100%. На 3м этаже такой проблемы нет. Персонал старается помочь, но английский они понимаю оооочень плохо. Забыть поубирать номер ? Легко. Положить одно пляжное полотенце вместо двух и потом при замене спрашивать, а точно ли мы не украли их дырявое страшное полотенце ? Мы жили в двух номера и в двух номерах шторы страшно трогать руками. Из плюсов ? Месторасположение хорошее, бассейн великолепный, на этом к сожалению все.

Sehr freundliches Personal, man fühlt sich immer und überall herzlich willkommen. Ruhige Lage, etwas außerhalb der Stadt.

pool area seemed unfinished / in disrepair. A large section was out of order. also upon checkout, we were told we could not use the fitness centre but instead had to leave premises. Oddly rude outcome after staying for the week and not needing to go to the airport for another several hours.

Well appointed. large adult and children’s pool. big rooms. staff were exceptional and could not do more to help you with anything. close to Nai Han beach and shops. excellent value for money

room smelt musty, impossible to roll luggage to room due to uneven paving slabs with grass gaps between and no undercover way from reception to rooms so it’s impossible to get to room without getting wet when raining

The location was great (10 minutes walk to a very nice beach). The room was super clean and the pool was a nice plus!

The wifi connection for the TV wasn't the best. We wanted to watch Netflix at night but weren't able to.

The location is only 2mins by scooter to the Nai harn beach which is very beautiful for sunset and very nice to swim. Staff was nice and helpful. We got to check in 1.30hr before check in time and they let us keep suitcases there before check in. The facilities in the gym was okay but no air conditioner in the gym for such a hot weather so this part could be improved. Pool is nice, one side for kid and one side for adult. You can rent scooter right in front of the hotel and they have minimart in front of the hotel so it was convenient. Overall we had a good time staying there.

Gym will be perfect if they put ac there but overall was good.

room ok, but had damp

we booked this property because of the lovely pool area showed by the pictures on Booking.com. it had 2 outdoor pools, with a lovey water feature between them, with sunbathing cabanas. also it said it had a bar, so we were going to spend some quality time at the hotel with our friends. we checked in and paid for 2 nights, room wasn’t ready, so we said no problem, we can use the pool. when we saw the pool, we were shocked. The compleat garden was dead through no watering. there were dangerous wires coming out of the dead grass area. there were weeds all around the pool. the cabanas and water feature were completely dry of water, no cabanas. The area was terribly maintained. also, the bar was completely closed up, my wife went to reception and said that we were not happy. the hotel refused to refund us, even though we had not been given a room. eventually they said if we stayed one night, they would refund us next night. we said ok, and asked for the refund, they refused, and said we would have to do it through Booking.com and it would take several weeks. they were extremely unhelpful, and we doubted that we would get any refund, so had to stay the 2 nights. The rooms were ok but damp. Felt like we were conned. be warned, also 2 big pools, 10 sun beds!

The walkway to the room isn't good for bags. Breakfast is limited
