Room not serviced, had to asked and it was then done with no fuss. Room is basic but corridors smell musty and damp

staff were excellent and it is a shame that they are let down by the rooms being tiny, uncomfortable and run down.
wallpaper peeling off the walls, tiny room with a tiny bed and a television that you have to pull out the wall when watching in bed

Carpet was slightly stained. Shower sealer had slightly black mould, which could have been avoided by replacing once the mould showed.

Distance from school and lack of food to eat when you come in extremely late at night maybe due to delayed flight like in my case

I liked the fact it’s attached to a restaurant
our bedroom was full of damp… the bathroom had it all over the roof and the window sills has damp on the too. it also smelt of damp as soon as u walk along the corridors.
