The hotel needs an overhaul and upgrade. The room smells musty upon entering. Toilet needs fixing specifically the toilet bowl and flash valve. I had hoped for more counterspace in the bathroom for our essentials but could not fit in the small ledge below the mirror, there werent hooks as well to hang our clothes/towel in the bathroom. We were also placed on a street side so it was noisy i didnt sleep well. Bed not so comfy. They should have given us a consideration since we have a child with us. Closet drawer needs fixing too, it keeps on opening.

Nothing!!!! The place is not good for short vacation. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor in accommodating the customers especially the guy at front desk. He got an attitude when I tried to ask him a question. The manager needs to hire a new worker for the front desk.

The lift was not working for the duration of the stay. It will be difficult for older people.

Honestly the staff was friendly and the place was clean. It was diffinetly Worth the money.

The room wasn't sound proof. I can hear the people from outside the room and sometimes there is a team building at 7 pm which we had difficulty sleeping. I knew the staff couldn't do anything about it, but yeah.

The hotel has a good location with convenient access to most hotspots in Baguio. There is wifi and warm-water. The rooms have been thoroughly cleaned as they smell strongly of chlorine.

The room itself is the bare minimum for this price category- there are definitely better alternatives in Baguio for a similar price. Parking is a hassle - with only a handful of spots you are expected to leave your keys with the guards who double park for you never knowing where you will find your car the next morning. Lastly, the hotel management has decided to only cater to the bare minimum in hospitality: no connection to local service providers like tour guides, transport, etc has been established or seems to be the intention to. Also do not expect them to reply to any messages you send via Booking.com, they will not - the facility purely serves as a location to spend the night but in 2022 for the prices guests pay... I expect you to do better.

Accommodating Staff , place is clean

We booked a reservation for 2 nights but we extended for another 1 night because we loved the place and the staff are very nice and approachable as well. The location is very accessible yet very quiet even it’s just 5-10 minutes ride or drive to session road.

food is good. if i am craving for tinola, i know now where to go the breakfast is good also the staff were accomodating
