Kauhea, järkyttävä, jätimme auton 5 minuutiksi, sen päälle oli jo heitetty ruokaa, huoneet haisi kauhealta, täynnä ötököitä, vettä ei ollut. En suosittelle, plussaa hlö kunta palautti rahat heti kun valitimme ja olivat ymmärtäväisiä tilanteesta

To nie hotel tylko ośrodek azylowy dla ludności ukraińskiej. Smród, brud. Nie działającą lodówka niw działające wi-fi. Smrod kanalizacji w pokoju.Gdy przyjechaliśmy do hotelu, który został opłacony z góry przez booking otrzymaliśmy informację, że nie możemy się zameldować ponieważ jest awaria systemu. Przestraszony pracownik recepcji nie wiedział co ma zrobić i powiedział, że nie może nas przyjąć ani w żaden sposób nam pomóc. Dostał wytyczne od szefa, że ma nikogo nie przyjmować, a system niedzialal od kilku dni. Nie otrzymaliśmy wcześniej żadnej informacji. Później się okazało, że poprostu właściciel nie opłacił f-ry za internet. Szkoda tych pracowników, bo stoją na pierwszej linii frontu. Dalej było już tylko gorzej. Libacje alkoholowe Ukraińców przed wejściem do hotelu, awantury i bujka o 4 rano i tak co wieczor. Po naszym telefonie na recepcję została wezwana ochrona. To nie powinien być hotel. Nie polecam !!!

Almost nothing to like! the receptionist was ok, except the fact that nobody was speaking English!

it’s dirty, seems in worst place of the city! all night the employees made lot of sound and it was impossible to sleep! at the breakfast i asked a girl behind a Bar if i could have a glass for juice and she answered so rude that I couldn’t believe my ears! i understand that its one star hotel and didn’t expect something WOW but i would take even that one star away…Booking.com should not offer rooms from this horror Hotel!

The hotel was dirty, smelly and incredibly unkept. There was used chewing gum on my bed and toilet was dirty

Avoid this property! Absolutely rude, unfriendly, disrespectful, unhelpful attitude towards customers. Especially with small children. This housing spoiled absolutely all the positive impression of the country. I never thought that in Poland you can meet such unpleasant people who are happy to take money and don't care about you at all. I will advise everyone to avoid this property by the tenth road.

The location is far but is Okey

RoomGood and clean but i cannot work becouse hotel Wifi no working and my Data in Poland work very Slow evrything else been Good .

Location is like Bronx.... Walls are thin so you can hear everything. I couldn't get receipt after my staying. Nobody speaks english, don't get breakfast, better go to Lidl to eat
