Property near the beach. But sea cannot be seen from any rooms.

there is no elevator in the property. You will have to carry your luggage to your floor. mine was in 4th floor. Breakfast options are limited. Room was very small. No air conditioning. Wifi is very poor. I didn’t get any connection in my room. The room was bare minimum with no amenities.

When we booked the hotel, we occasionally learned that this is a 1 star hotel and were scared about it. However, we found everything is good: perfect location, i.e. just 50 meters from the beach, very responsive staff, always willing to help, rooms are small but very clean, including the carpet (this is often not the case in higher rated hotels), kettle, tea, coffee, fridge in the room. Good café, some facilities for kids tom play.

This is 5 story building without an elevator. It might be important for somebody. The building needs some renovation from outside.

Amazing breakfast, variety od food, really wide choice of everything you could wish for. Breakfast staff helpful, always checking and filling what was necessary. The room was clean and quiet. The location perfect, close to the beach.

No lift (with a 4-floor hotel a bit annoying). The hotel a bit oldish, the corridors looking quite obsolete.

Sink was not working well

It appears on the photos that the hotel had rooms with a sea view. But it didn’t have any as explained by staff after arriving.

Very good breakfast.

The hotel is clean, you have a small room (with a pretty view of the trees and blue sky). I'd say for such a price is good for one night. Although the building looks too old from the exterior and interiors, reminds me of Soviet architecture. It needs a little bit of renovation and investment to make it more modern and attractive inside.

Great location and very clean inside the rooms

No curtains to keep out the sun in the morning, just blinds which was weird. WIFI worked at the door but not on the bed (We stayed in a room farthest from the accespoint)
