The self enclosed bungalows are nice and some have a view of the water. The restaurant had good food for Vanuatu.

No value for the money. For the price you’re paying, it’s not a very enjoyable experience. The resort isn’t particular large, the staff aren’t very responsive (had to wait in line for 15 minutes to check out and every time I went to reception no one was there), there’s nothing included in the nightly price, and the location is actually quite loud with other properties playing music or TV late into the night. If you have 100,000 VT+ to spend per night, I wouldn’t recommend going here because the value just isn’t there and you can get a better experience and better amenities elsewhere.

Breakfast was good. Location a little out of town and not really for walking (I used taxis / buses all the time)

All good. I was resting from a lot of sailing and found the hotel an real oasis in the midst of all of the activities at the marina.

The gardens are beautiful and the staff were helpful.

The aircon remote was missing, and the phone was disconnected so we couldn’t ring for room service one evening.

I opted for a room with a pool which we loved but it backed the highway and kids jumped up and stared in which we thought was funny. We thought the vegetation must have been reduced as a screen because of the cyclones. I liked the check in people..they were always attentive from the manager to the trainees.

I was disappointed with the location and the fact the we didn’t have a view. I did get a little cabin fever without a view and this wasn’t clearly stated when we booked. I thought the rooms whilst acceptable were tired. I thought the food was very ordinary for the prices. The staff were pleasant but not as friendly or attentive as other staff. All in all - for the price I thought it was ordinary/okay.

We loved everything about mangoes! The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. It was so good we booked it again for our last night after going the other side of the island and back into town. The restaurant was one of the best places we ate during our stay so it was an extra bonus for the nights we wanted to stay in.
