ambience in the lobby was good. car parking and valet service were excellent.

staff was not responding properly at the reception. no help was provided to bring the luggage down. They were not ready to tell the truth but wasted time. room service items that were not served were added in the bill.

Good property. Helpful staff, quick response, good food

Breakfast good with many choices. Location good.

Service in Restaurant - poor. You have to ask for things like napkin and water. And this was common problem for both the days I used the facility. TV wasn't working and had to be changed.

Hotel name - Park plaza, Ludhiana Check in - 1st July 2023 Check out- 2nd July 2023 Booking platform: booking.com Amount paid: 4679 I am writing this in review in light of that this reaches the maximum people and places like these are ashamed of their services.. On 1st July I reserved a room for 2 guests with this hotel as the other 2 ,5 stars in Ludhiana were sold out due to weekend... I had an idea that Park plaza are also good hotels but it was complete opposite.. After driving for 400 kms I reached the hotel around 8.30 pm Where I was greeted by Sachin at the front desk he was humble and and gave us the room with standard procedure.. As soon as we reached the room we saw it was a twin bedroom which got us thinking cause it was neither booked by us or told about it at the time of check-in... When we called the Front office and spoke to Sachin His reply was *sir we are sold out not * Twin room to king se mehnga(expensive) hota hai *mein aapka bed jodh deta hun...(I will join the beds) His replies got us furious and I immediately asked to speak with the DM.. Gurmeet was the DM at that time.. He heard us again and said, I can offer u a room but that is small.. I am finding an option and please allow me 5 mins... We called back after 5 mins a lady answered the phone,we asked her to handover the phone to Gurmeet where we could hear her telling him 705 se phone hai and she abruptly cut the call.. This git us more furious and upon reaching the reception Gurmeet said "Sir mein kisi aur ke sath busy tha isiliye katdiya".. After some time we were taken to the " club room" And asked if this works... Club room.. On show around the WC was leaking for which over the whole night and morning 3times the Engineers were called but they had no solution to it... Broken curtains Stained sofa Smelling and unclean Minibar fridge Broken floor and AC ducts Jammed water leaver in the shower... The worst hotel I have ever stayed in such price...

Although the location is fairly fantastic, it seemed as though the staff were working for nothing and that  they had no genuine concern for the hotel's visitors. They seemed to care nothing for me, as if I was  staying there for free.
