Nothing except the lift they have in the lobby

They won't give you what is promised or advertised. I was supposed to get the deluxe suite instead they gave me a normal room. When we raised the complaint to the property manager, they said we don't give suites or bigger rooms via online portals, you need to book through us directly if you want it. Also, booking.com didn't support me when we raised the complaint to the customer service. Other than this, the food was stale, the room was dirty, the bathroom door was broken, and the intercom wasn't working. And none of these issues were resolved or addressed when we told the hotel staff about it.
