The pictures are not accurate with the facilities, the staff was rude and not flexible. The location is ok but the distribution of the hotel is not comfortable or easy to access. Too expensive for what they offer.

The manager told us that standard rooms don't have lake view although it's in the description. Lake view have only a small number of rooms. These rooms are more expensive. We got larger rooms, but only one (of two) rooms had lake view. There is a great view from the rooftop restaurant. The menu is old. When we wanted to order the waiter told us that only vegetarian dishes are available. The restaurant is changed to a vegetarian restaurant after Diwali 2022 because of 'spiritual' reasons.

Room was a bit of a trek to the back, up a vertiginous metal spiral staircase, not recommended for anyone with mobility issues, noisy when other guests climbing up and down. Drain smell from bathroom was bad. WiFi really poor, even with the portable booster they gave me.

Jaiwana Haveli is situated just behind Udaipur's City Palace and the location is for sure one of the best in town. The rooftop view is splendid and enjoying a sunset from there is a must. The restaurant is veg only.

We weren't in the main building, the one with rooms that present lake views, in the second building wifi is provided from a private rooter, that often has some connections issues. Staff was very helpful, however no-one let us know that part of the City Palace and the lake boat trips were closed due to the Indian G20... Overall, it was still a very good service.

Excellent location, clean comfortable room, helpful reception staff. Loved the rooftop restaurant with views over the lake. Set breakfast offered good variety and extremely filling.

Small detail - everything was a high standard except the hotel towels were very harsh and scratchy to use.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, behaviour of the owners, the roof top view and of course the excellent location.

Well, there could be more options at the restaurant. May be a buffet at breakfast?

Jaiwana Haveli is quaint well-maintained property. The rooftop restaurant offers great view of Lake Pichola, specially the mornings..best place to have your morning cuppa.

Location and hospitality was really very good. The hosts, Naeem and Harsh are very friendly. Highly recommend to stay here if you are trying to stay in a good budget friendly hotel.
